Y’all need to do better with your punctuality. Nobody should have to wait well over an hour on the phone just to be told there are no more appointments available, call back tomorrow. Why? Just so I can wait yet another hour only to be told you’re booked and you can’t just schedule me in for the following day because the books don’t reopen for emergencies until the following day? I explained to the nurse that I was in the hospital from Friday into Saturday, swollen as heck, in pain, droopy face and all, and I didn’t get an apology for the delayed response or no sympathy for my ordeal. You all need to do better with your answering service. To make a patient wait a FULL HOUR before finally answering the phone only to tell them to call back the following day. Now that patient has to suffer for another TWO days before finally being seen and getting the situation under control.

At this point I just wanna die, I wish I can afford to just go somewhere else but I can’t. I just called to get emergency appointment, lady said it was booked for the next day but why can’t I book for Friday? I have to call and wait another hour to get told to call back the next day. I can’t function enough to even go to work today, broke out in hives from taking antibiotics my aunt gave me. I’m trying to do anything to stop this pain, death seems to be the best option.

I wish i could give less than one star. I have never rsted or reviewed anything in my life but this is absolutely one of the most unprofessional places of business, good luck making an appointment or receiving basic respect over the phone while trying to do so. Judging by other people's experiences it seems that there is only one or two representatives at any time to answer the phone. You have to wait anywhere between 20 and 90 minutes to reach someone only for them (her) to be disgustingly disrespectful and unhelpful. My representative told me she was unable to schedule an appointment because she "did not have the appointment schedule", which is strange because the purpose of that line is to schedule appointments, but i have a feeling she didn't want to have to do her job because it was 15 minutes before they close (keep in mind i called ahead of time but was on hold for over an hour and it got later in the day). She told me i was GOING to call her back at 8am tomorrow and she could schedule me then. I'm certainly looking forward to being on hold and wasting another 2 hours of my life to be spoken down to by an unprofessional secretary.

Very rude people; impossible to make an appointment I called at 8:15. The lady told me I should've called at 8 o'clock. I've been trying for four business days now. They just don't care about people. Supposed to be an emergency place and you can't make an emergency appointment. Place is a total failure. 👎

Terrible receptionist i wanted to make a emergency appointment she was extremely rude Didn't listen, Raised her voice and at the end hung up in my face. Because of this im not going here i made appt. Elsewhere id rather wait a few days then accept the disrespect she represented for ecmc dentistry

If I could give zero stars I would. You wait on the phone for an hour and everytime they get to you, all the appointments have been filled. Its not like they are the proffered dental clinic but for desperate low income people, this is one of the only options. Pathetic

Wonderful. Thanks you Dr. K for the brief extraction. This place does a lot for people, and they are hidden heroes. Everyone here deserves more credit, and compassion.
