Had full mouth implant done with Dr. Kim. Went to several other dentists before I finally decided to get it done at first choice dental. He was knowledgeable and took extra care of implant surgery. I had gum bad disease so it wasn’t so easy to do implant surgery but he took care of it. It’s been few years since I have done and I’m pleased with it and he still care when I need to check up implants. And recommend Janet who is very precessional assistant of this office.

I honestly can’t remember exactly how long I’ve been seeing Dr. Stephen Kim as a patient, but I can say with confidence that it has been at least 15 years, if not longer. From the very first time I met him, I felt strongly that whenever my wife or I had any dental issues, we should go directly to Dr. Stephen Kim. In particular, when it comes to implant surgery, I truly believe Dr. Stephen Kim stands out as one of a kind. Between my wife and me, we have received well over ten implants from him, and to this day not a single one has had any problems. Regarding implants, I can say without hesitation: Dr. Stephen Kim is the "Top of the Top." What makes this even more remarkable is that his prices are beyond comparison—they are unbelievably reasonable. For all these years, my wife and I have entrusted every dental issue to him, and we will continue to do so without question. And I can state this with conviction: a true physician is one who minimizes a patient’s suffering while providing the fastest, most precise treatment possible—at the lowest possible cost. That is exactly what defines Dr. Stephen Kim.

Dr. Stephen Kim provides clear communication and efficient dental procedures. The office is conveniently located with easy parking and a spacious facility. Staff interactions are courteous and organized. I’ve recommended this practice to others based on overall reliability.

I give zero stars. My insurance had to pay for fake claims made for services I didn’t take and for visits on days I didn’t go to his office. I had teeth that were fine but were messed with and subsequently significantly damaged because of malpractice. I ultimately had to remove these teeth because of his tampering, and the surrounding teeth are getting affected too. He makes more problems than he solves, which is how he makes you continue coming to his office in the future. When I take physical proof of the fake insurance claims and malpractice to Dr. Kim's front desk to talk about it to him, he instructs his front desk to tell me that he is out for lunch when he is actually hiding in his office. He always lies and evades sticky situations, and I wonder how this is humanely possible. I don't want others to experience the same misfortune by visiting this dental office. If I don’t get a response about this fake scam and the injuries to my teeth, I will be taking this issue and the supporting evidence to our insurance company, the Dental Board of California, and to court. Cannot recommend at all; beware.

Dr. Kim and staff are amazing! I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist and when I met Dr Kim all those fears went away. I completely trust him, his work is exceptional, he is very professional, and compassionate. (All the things you would look for in a dentist) Look no further. First Choice Dental is my first and only choice!

Dr. Kim and his team are great, I would recommend him to anyone that need dental work. My family and I have been going to him over 5 years now. His assistants are great people, they speak English, Korean and Spanish. Dr. Kim goes above and beyond to take care his patients.
