Dr. Dudley is the best dentist I have ever had. I'm very thankful because his experience, profesional expertise and kindness make me feel in the best hands. I will be his patient forever. if you worry about complicated dental procedures, he is your person! El doctor Dudley es el mejor odontólogo que he tenido. Estoy muy agradecida porque tiene mucha experiencia, habilidad y además es muy amable. Desde la primera cita uno se siente en buenas manos. Quiero que siga siendo mi dentista porque nadie mejor que él para manejar situaciones de estrés o ansiedad que producen los procedimientos más complicados. ¡El doctor Dudley es el mero mero!

I've been to many different dentists and their offices. This place is unlike any other. These people, top to bottom, enjoy their work and give their patients the necessary time to diagnose the issues. My mother is 89 and doesn't want to spend her remaining savings on dental work that will fix everything. She has an issue with pain that effects her quality of life. Dr. Bender heard my mom and developed a plan to address her needs and no more. The appointments have been scheduled quickly and conveniently. Dr. Bender and Dr. Mary are down to earth, professional, and super friendly; as are their entire staff too. There are not enough stars to give from my experience here.

I love this office! I have a complicated dental history and struggle with dental anxiety because of it. Everyone I’ve worked with at this office is really kind and informative. I’ve gone into every appointment with clear expectations of how it would go and what it would cost. After previous bad experiences with other offices and surprise bills, the transparency means a lot. Dr. Bender is incredibly talented and repaired a broken bridge of mine. It’s healed by a few months and the new bridge is beautiful, so comfortable, and feels so well placed. I also adore my hygienist, Amy, who is so great at what she does. She’s caring, remembers things we talk about, and prioritizes my comfort. Can’t say enough great things about this office, and I’m so happy to be a patient here!

Great Dentist, Disappointing Office Management: I have mixed feelings about this clinic. The dentist is very skilled and the clinical work was high quality, but the front office management is extremely unprofessional. In 2023, I was given an estimate for three crowns with the assurance that insurance would cover them. When insurance only paid for two, I was left with a large, unexpected bill. The clinic and I both went through the appeal process three separate times, but once those were exhausted, I proactively called the office to settle the balance. I asked if they could offer a small discount or compromise given that I made my medical decisions based on their inaccurate estimate. Instead of a professional conversation, the receptionist was incredibly dismissive. She insisted that because I signed a form acknowledging it was an 'estimate,' they had zero accountability. The most disappointing part was the attitude. When I mentioned that my husband and I would no longer be returning, she coldly replied with 'Sure' and 'That’s fine.' They clearly prioritize a one-time payment over long-term patient relationships. It’s a shame that a good dentist is represented by such a transactional and rude front office. I have paid in full, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Initial thoughts after my first appointment: The entire experience was great, and frankly I don’t have any complaints! I was immediately notified of the cost of the appointment upon checkin, and it was easy to understand even with insurance. The technology was phenomenal and gave me a much better understanding of the state of my teeth so I can make informed decisions about what services to have done. My dental assistant Toni was great, as was Dr. Harberg - he even gave some rough cost estimates during the appointment which was appreciated. Cheyenne at the front desk also did a fantastic job explaining the actual cost of each service with/without insurance, showing exactly where my insurance halts coverage (reaching maximums - my current insurance isn't great), and showed what their in-house plan would cost when bypassing insurance entirely. I did a lot of shopping around before landing here and am very happy, I will continue care here for sure!
