Zen Dentistry Park slope

I travel from Queens just to come here, and it’s 100% worth it. Everyone here is so nice, and Nancy is always so welcoming and friendly. This office actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable (as enjoyable as it can be!). Highly recommend. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be genuinely cared for - this is it!

The staff and Dr. Goldman are fantastic, no exaggeration. As I write, I am trying to recall at least 1 time that I was disappointed both in actual work done or with interaction with staff and I couldn't find any. I feel loved and appreciated there, the environment is warm and welcoming. Dr. Goldman does excellent work, and if ever something is not her expertise she recommends a topnotch peer. I have been a customer for over 10 years. They came highly recommended by a peer and I was never disappointed!

Got fillings and cleanings done here. This office also carries prescription fluoride toothpaste. Nancy is the best at scheduling and navigating insurance. FYI - The office is now part of Zen Dentistry as of 2026.

Formerly Gentle Dental and absolutely earns that moniker. Zen Dentistry PS and all their employees, from the doctors to the incredibly sweet Nancy on front desk, are kind and caring and hardworking. They'll call your insurance, they'll talk through fears. I had a filling that took under 15min to perform, and caused no pain. After mediocre dentists in the past, they're such a breath of fresh air.

This place is now a Zen Dentistry location. They are no longer Gentle Dental, and there was nothing gentle about my experience. The doctor who placed my crowns was skilled but lacked patient awareness. The doctor acknowledged my signals of pain during the procedure but did nothing about it. Google was of more help for post care guidance than he was. The reception staff and hygienists are all so nice, caring and attentive. It’s a shame this place isn’t the same anymore. I would not recommend if you’ve visited this place as Gentle Dental and want the same level of care they used to offer.

This office is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nancy & Jean were especially helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice!

I use to dread going to the dentist until someone sent me to Gentle Dental. I have been going here for about 15 or so years now. I always have an excellent experience there. They never make me feel like they are too busy to have a conversation about my treatment. They definitely answer my questions and give me options on any procedures that we have to do. The doctors and staff are very professional and really care about your teeth and oral health. I feel like they are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you can have the best possible outcome. I would definitely recommend Gentle Dental to anyone looking for a quality dental practice.
