If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here. During what was supposed to be a routine cleaning, the dentist filed down my fillings — something that should not happen during a cleaning. These fillings were placed by a colleague in the same office, yet he acted like he didn’t even recognize what a filling looked like and aggressively filed it down. I physically jumped three separate times from the pain, so it was obvious I was being hurt, but he continued anyway. The cleaning itself felt rushed and incomplete. A hygienist never even came in, which is not typical for a proper dental cleaning. Since that appointment, my fillings have been breaking apart in small shards. To make matters worse, after he filed them down, the office canceled my follow-up appointment to fix the damage with no explanation whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came for a check up and cleaning, the hygenist introduced himself as a doctor, told me that I need braces and spent less than 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. When I asked him if I had any cavities he told me that the clinic doesn't like to fll cavities as they do "preventative measures". I don't even know what that means, if he means that braces are preventative, I am uncertain how braces help with cavities. I complained privatley via email to the clinic, but I didn't get a response from them (it has been about three weeks). I may be wrong, but I would think that a hygenist pretending to be a dentist is pretty serious, but the clinic clearly does not care. All I will say is DO NOT GO HERE!

I went here for convenience, but I was constantly talked down to, mediocre cleanings, faced weeks long delays with follow ups, and regular administrative errors that nearly caused me to lose access to my FSA funds on multiple occasions

The doctors were very kind and professional. The facility is clean and convenient. Marc and the reception was also very helpful and kind.

Did nothing for me… I came with my own X-rays… appointment was at 1:20pm … I was "seen" at 2pm… I was offered x ray and cleaning when I set up my appointment but the dentist tried to send me home without cleaning my teeth … after having to debate with the dentist and front desk receptionist who told me I would be getting a cleaning, the dentist "cleaned " my teeth in 2 minutes… NO EXAGGERATION… he said they were already pretty clean ….. OH !!! …. And before the dentist tried to push me in to an installment plan for $6000 Invisalign 😂😂 should work in sales cubicle instead of dentist office…. Clearly didn’t want to do his job even though I provided my own X-rays and made his job easier… what a disappointment….

They barely cleaned my teeth at all, said I need a deep cleaning and that they’d call me back after they receive a prior authorization from my insurance but they never called me back. I didn’t like their attitude either, felt like an unprofessional place.
