This is a review written a few years too late. I came here for my braces and long story short, the way he did it gave me root resorption. Root resorption and I'm not even 20 yet. Can you believe that? Anyways, his bedside manner was terrible and carried an attitude every single time I went there with my parent/guardians. I'm now doing Invisalign because frankly, he probably just wants your insurance money. The lady that was there at the time, on the front desk, was incredibly stand-offish too. There should be zero reason as to why I get to my appointment early and I'm still required to wait 30+ mins to an hour. The only thing that he may have done remotely right was a filling of mine in one of my molars but stuff like that is so elementary that licensed should be revoked if he wasn't able to get it right. Utter waste of my time to be honest. Very tragic. It's up to you ultimately, but I'd go to another dentist 100x over.

Go anywhere else for procedures/cleanings etc. The staff is extremely rude. The dentist has no respect nor any bedside manners. I was told 2 weeks for a procedure to be completed and didn’t hear anything up to 2 months when I expressed discontent with this matter. I was met with extreme disrespect and was essentially told to "get over it" because he "gets paid regardless". This place could use some training on customer service and care. The lack of decorum is outlandish. I will be putting in a complaint with the city as well— spend your money elsewhere that least have the respect of communication and transparency if things are happening. There is also no office manager so the staff and dentist can speak to you however you want and not receive any consequences. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Very bad practice and careless service, no mercy - never prefer this doctor.My experience with him is extremely bad. My wisdom teeth removed by dr and he broke my teeth bone and I had very bad pain, after 2 month I requested to remove broken bone or file and he remove half broken bone and because of this 6 months suffering I had high blood pressure and ear pain.

OMG were do I start my kids and my husband been going here for over 5 years on January 10th 2023 at 11:04 am after call for about 4 days with no answer I made appointment for my kids and husband for February 22nd 12:pm. When they got to the appointment they were told that they no longer accept this insurance. When I call to ask why I wasn't told this the very rude as always receptionists asking me when I made the appointment because she have no appointment for my kids. This lady needs to be fired she's been doing this for way to long!!!!JUST AN UPDATE spoke with the owner he told me he's been in business for so long and it's been doing well so he doesn't waste his time reading reviews!!! So how we feel, bad service rude Reception phonenot been answered, appointment for 8am and you sit and wait 3 hours they don't care, it doesn't matter!!!

My family has been going here for very long time . Dr Davis is amazing the staff is always polite and its always clean. i would recommend this place in a heartbeat and have done so in the past. They explain the process

These people make me wana never support a black business again, been going there for over a year and the front desk lady always got a attitude and could never get my name right. Needed to remove my braces and it took them a whole month to find my mold to submit my info to my insurance. Then when they finally get it the staff Sonia was sick for about 2 weeks and the staff had the nerves to tell me I gota reschedule until Sonia comes back. This was unprofessional rude and the dentist always in a god dam hurry. Like don’t wast yo time!!! Even when you got a appointment you gotta wait over an hour after showing up in time for that appointment. A waste of a practice!!!!

Not happy with the service I receive here. Dr. Davis is good but multiple times I have to return because they don’t do things properly the first time. The wait is long and when I finally get called I have to make another appointment to come back. Very disappointed.
