El es confiable. Ase el proceso dentro d el plan.... lo unico es: si Puede esperar 2: O 2:30. En espera. para q Te llamen. Puede ir. Si tiene suerte te llaman 1 hora.

Dr. Roman is the best dentist. I travel across country to see him. I’ve been going to him for years. All the work he did for me is great and lasts without issues.

My regular dentist was booked up for months ahead, and I had a problem I needed seen to more urgently. I didn't know what to expect from an unfamiliar dentist, but my experience here was good. I was seen immediately. Dr Trakhtenberg asked what was wrong, listened and asked questions to better understand the problem. After x-rays were taken, he carefully studied them then explained to me, in detail and without being patronizing, what the problem was, why it was so, and treatment options. He took time to explain and ensure I left with no questions. I felt I was listened to, and had no wait. I felt Dr Trakhtenberg knew what he was doing. All in all, no complaints.

Dr Roman is very cordial, helpful and good dentist. He accepts most of the insurances including Medicaid. We are very happy with him. Sometimes it takes long time here, but he does his best to care patients. All of my relatives are his patients. Hope he will improve waiting time. All the best.

I definitely see why people are so reluctant to go to the Dentist. I made an appointment for 1:30 for a cleaning and the first red flag was that I didn’t get a reminder call or anything the day before. I had an emergency so I had asked to moved the appointment to 2:30. When I got there, I actually almost passed it bc it was a small door covered with trees and wouldn’t have known if the sign on the side wasn’t there. When I walked in I didn’t expect to see the actual dentist at the desk. He asked for my ID & Insurance card and when I gave him my insurance card and told him I was looking for my ID he just walked away without saying anything. I called for him again l, no answer. 20 minutes later he comes back and I give him my ID electronically and when I ask for my insurance back he says the scanner is still scanning it and to wait as he finishes with another patient. Which took another 20 minutes. This doctor is absolutely unprofessional and was an absolutely waste of time to even walk into. Worst of all, both the service (and phone service in the office) is terrible. Never again.

I am so grateful to Dr. Trakhtenberg who saved my broken tooth. I came as emergency client and I thought I had so much pain that I need an extraction. Dr Roman Trakhtenberg did emergency root canal , emidiately relieved my suffering, he spent a lot of his precious time to do a high quality treatment. He is a true doctor, who understands and helps his patients.

The Doctor is very experienced and professional. He is always working until the last client. He works throughly and pays attention to all the client’s needs. The doctor’s final work is always a high quality!
