Waited about a year to write this as I wanted to sit with it before I rated. Had to have a crown replaced and has some chipping and old bonding on my front top four. I was very adamant about them not looking too white and matching the shading, transparency, and shape of my original teeth. I preferred some imperfections. The final crown and veneers were a little more white than I had wanted, but after doing some light whitening on my natural teeth, I'm really pleased with the results. I definitely needed time to adjust, but they look very natural and even though the porcelain is a little lighter than my natural teeth, because it's the front four, it actually works well. Glad I trusted them and highly recommend them! I did have to call a few times and badger their billing department to refund me the difference of what my insurance paid as I had paid the total upfront, but after 2-3 calls I got it resolved.

Wonder experience! The dentist and dental assistant were so great! Both were very kind, took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was amazing. Great hand, felt no pain, super kind and did a great job! Would highly recommend to all!

At 63 years old I can honestly say that Dr. Steinbach and his team have given me the best care I’ve ever received. Not only do they perform their dentistry at the highest if skill levels, but they also manage to do so with a large amount of compassion. It makes a difference. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Park Slope Dental. Very to the point and nonjudgmental. The cleaning was quick, effective and painless. It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist. Their new imaging technology was great to experience as well. Gave me a better sense of what was going on inside my mouth.

Amazing service from beginning to end. From my the initial call to seeing the doctor, I felt comfortable. The doctor explained everything and provided realistic options. They worked with my insurance and help me navigate that process. Highly recommended this dentist and his team!

Had a really weird experience here. I went through the Invisalign process with the team twice, where I come in for several appointments to get assessed, was told I'll receive a plan shortly, and was met with months of silence. At my most recent visit, I found Dr. Khaykin to be defensive when I asked about the delays, and oddly pushy about moving forward with the treatment anyway. His bedside manner made me feel uncomfortable. I tried to share this feedback privately with the office, but they didn't seem to care or try to amend things. I used to enjoy coming here back when Dr. Steinbach was more present, but I haven’t seen him in years. I’ve also had a different dental technician every single time I’ve gone in for a cleaning, which makes the place feel like it has high turnover and not much consistency. I'm surprised by this change in experience. Not the place it used to be.
