Mal servicio las trabajadoras de lo peor perdí todo mi dia en ese lugar y no me hicieron nada.solo decirme que tengo que ir a otro lugar para la extracción mi primera vez allí y última .me perdí no encontraba el lugar mi cita era a las 12 estaba a tiempo los llamé para que me dieran la ubicación y me contestaron después de 40 minutos sólo para decirme entra al mall primer piso llegue después de las una y salí de ese lugar después de las 6 de la tarde con hambre y con el mismo dolor de diente sólo me recetaron unas pastillas para el dolor que no pude ni buscar porque la hora que salí de allí no alcanzaba mi farmacia las mujeres que te atienden adelante son groseras y poco profesionales de lo peor y el servicio malísimo no hay distanciamiento social cuando le haces una pregunta no saben nada ese lugar deben de cerrarlo o darles clases de cómo tratar y atender a los clientes....😡😡😡😡😬😬😬☹️☹️☹️

They never answer my phone call and they are very rud at front desk. If you need an appointment you must go there and when you get there prepare yourself to wait at list 45 minutes. I think now it's time for my husband and I to move an other dental office.

My mother has been trying to get a hold of them for the past 2 days. First called on Tuesday and an automated message said she called after their operating hours (Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM). It was 5PM on a Tuesday (which despite the hours they tell you over the phone, Google says they are closed on Tuesdays). She has been trying since 10AM this Wednesday to only be greeted by someone who told her to call back at a later time. It is now 3PM with no answer from the office. Poor customer service…

The office doesn’t pick up and then the calls are directed to the emergency line. They are nasty and disrespectful to patients.

The front office staff at this establishment has been, without question, the most challenging I have ever encountered. They consistently display unprofessional and discourteous behavior, making even the simplest task, such as scheduling an appointment, an unpleasant experience. Requests for appointment availability are often met with hostility, and any effort to secure a time slot is unnecessarily difficult. Moreover, previously scheduled appointments are frequently canceled with minimal notice, and the next available appointment is often set months into the future—delivered, once again, without any acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused. Given this level of unprofessionalism, I have significant concerns about the overall quality of care provided by the dental professionals at this facility. As a result, I will not be returning or seeking their services in the future.

No one picks up the phone. In regular hours I get the recording. This must get better. The message when you get it is reassuring and helpful, but leaves much to be desired

Go elsewhere . 1 star cus I have to . Firstly the mother and daughter duo receptionist are trash …. The mother has an attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE HER ! The way she talks to people is insane , no hello nothing when you walk in . Oh THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE on hold for 30 mins before I hung up !!!!! Your lucky if you get the on the phone !!! One thing I will say is the dentist is cool she just has no bedside manners her and her assistants will have full conversations while they in your mouth … they Lucky their close to me only reason I still go to them
