I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. The dentist took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. The office was very clean, modern, and organized, which made me feel confident about the care I was receiving. I was especially impressed by how gentle and patient the dentist was during the treatment. They truly care about their patients and make every effort to provide the best experience possible. I rarely give reviews but this place is the worst customer experience ever. It was complicated to schedule and confirm insurance. They had to try multiple times. The first appointment, they forgot. So they called to reschedule. The second appointment, after it was scheduled and my insurance was confirmed, they had to change because the doctor wasn’t going to show. My third appointment which is today, I got multiple text messages. I show up at 4/26 at 4 pm and the place is closed. Called, no answer. Sent email, no response. Is this the place you want to get your dentistry?
