Literally been coming to Dr. Temba since I was a kid she’s the only one I trust with my teeth, she’s also very straight forward and will tell you about how bad or good ur dental hygiene is. She cares and wants to help her patients the best way she can! Best dentist in the area!

Lives up to the name, Gentle Dental. The dentist was very pleasant and had plenty of experience. He prepared me for discomfort and got through the not far bits quickly and gently. Would highly recommend.

I went there to get my teeth clean. The guy who clean my teeth was not even a doctor. He was the hygienist cleaning my teeth without any doctor’s supervision. It seems like a scam and I think they should check these peoples license. Regular cleaning suppose to take 45 minutes this guy clean my teeth in 10 minutes. I have some issues with my dental already he did not even clean my teeth right and the whole time he never gave me eyes contact. They don’t sanitize anything in front of the patients. Terrible experience they act nice but in the ends your teeth is not clean. Dr Arimah Ali and Florence J Tamba are a shame to the medical world. They only care about money but not the patients.

Who ever says there great is lying . Whom ever gives a good rating is a friend of there's. 1st how do u give a 4+ when they never open on time ? Days open 9 am . They open at 930 ,10.1030 even no notice. When u call to check an appointment. No one seems to know anything . I hear that dentist isn't in I have no idea u have to call when there here. That could take 2 days or so. Customer service sucks. Attitude just as bad. Witch dentist do u see none of the receptionist can give u that information . Really all in the same office but the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Very poor business practice . Every poor communication skills. Lack of In-House communication. And all this before I was even asked a question. To much negative atmosphere to give positive results.

Dr. Temba has been my dentist for almost two decades. I have lived all over NYC and even other states and I no matter distance, I come to her for to take care of my teeth. She's the absolute best!

The review left by another customer fits the experience my family member had. Hygienist not only did a flop job, they left the gums scratched and bleeding! I was appalled when I saw the gums post cleaning they are literally visibly scratched! Zero stars
