I told myself that I would not return to this place but thinking that they already had my son's antecedent, I gave them a second chance and guess they complained to him and told him that he has to remove the rewind and if he does not, they will not give him the service they receive. It seems that it sounds threatening or not? fence place . lleve a mi hijo por que tiene muy des alineados sus dientes y temporalmente se los alinearon y pague casi 4000 por el tratamiento pero haora que le crecieron se volvieron a des alinear y el ortodentista quiere otros 4700 para otro tratamiento 😂🤡si claro haora mismo vallan a donde un verdadero profecional para que no les pase lo que a mi a el solo le inporta su dinero no sabe el esfuerzo que hice para pagar su servicio

Highly recommended. Dr. Khanna was extremely patient with me in fixing a rather complicated bite problem with aligners, and his staff was great throughout the entire process. I also thought that the pricing was very reasonable. I love my newly improved bite/smile!

I do not recommend this place at all. Most of the 5-star reviews seem fake. I went there and was treated terribly. I waited for hours to get assistance and never received any. When I finally managed to book an appointment, they canceled it — and never refunded my money. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund was ever made; they just canceled the appointment in their system. This is completely unprofessional. Don’t trust the positive reviews — they’re not real.

10/10 service, I went in to find a way to get my teeth aligned. The consulting appointment was really simple and easy to book and Katrina did such a great job explaining the process and following up to get started with the treatment. The entire office was nice too. They were quick to verify my insurance plan. It was also very easy to schedule a check in, when something went off course.

I can’t say enough good things about this orthodontist! Dr. Khanna is so kind and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The staff is welcoming and friendly I absolutely LOVE this place!

The customer service was great, but I am not happy with the outcome of the treatment that I received. I went there to correct my spacing, slight overbite, and alignment, but ended up with crowding, deep bite, and teeth not centered to my face.

I am a current patient, still in treatment so can't share the final result yet but hopefully will do soon 🙂 I just decided to check reviews of my orthodontics clinic (yes, I haven't checked the reviews before treatment because my primary dentist recommended this place to me, I very much trusted it). So, I saw a couple of reviews about scheduling and would like to share my experience. I needed to see a doctor a couple of times before my exact scheduled date and I have never been denied to do that, the receptionist always helped to find an optimal / earlier date, and time to see the doctor if it was necessary. The doctor and staff are very helpful and friendly, and the explanation of what to expect during treatment is very clear. The place in general is very clean and neat! * I am an adult and really like the approach to me regarding the braces/ treatment process.
