I had an amazing experience with this dental office. I recently had two crowns done along with a deep cleaning, and the results exceeded my expectations. The dr Brian was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of work is truly excellent. My teeth look and feel perfect. Highly recommend!

He is a true professional with a very gentle touch — every visit is comfortable and completely painless. I had a crown done at this clinic about two years ago. After just one year, it came loose, and I started experiencing pain in my gum around that tooth. I went back to the clinic, and they told me everything looked fine. They simply re-cemented the crown and sent me home. However, the pain never went away. Recently, I visited another dental office for a second opinion, and they informed me that the crown needs to be replaced and that there is an infection underneath. I’m very disappointed with the quality of care I received. My concerns were not taken seriously, and the problem was not properly diagnosed or treated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I have Fidelis insurance. They keep sending endless text messages inviting me to schedule a dental cleaning, but after the cleaning they refuse to provide further treatment (except for crowns and other expensive procedures) because doing a simple filling is not profitable and refer patients to another clinic instead. However, the clinic they refer you to has no idea about this referral. They said they don’t work with Family Smile Dental at all and refused to schedule me because the X-rays were already done and all my information is with Family Smile Dental. They also mentioned that I’m not the first patient with this exact issue and that they do not collaborate with them. Terrible attitude toward patients. I do not recommend this clinic.

From my first contact with the office to the moment I left everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Droc explained my options and assured me my issue could be dealt with quickly. If you are in need of routine dental care or an emergency this should be the first call you make.

A very good dental office. I've been going to this branch for several years. The staff is professional. You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for your turn. I'd like to mantion Dr. Elvira. She's cleaned my teeth several times . She is in no hurry and does her job thoroughly 100% .

Dr. Irlin was extremely patient with me. I had to come in for implant dentistry work, and I was panicking a bit. Their assistant held my hand because I was very scared. They made me feel safe and supported. They are real professionals who know what they’re doing.
