申请了 深层洗牙，今天进去不到3分钟结束了洗牙，没打麻醉，几年前一共洗过2次 都是打4针麻醉 才深层洗牙，这次之前还问前台麻醉多久会退，她说3-5小时，今天进去一针没打 我问深层洗牙完成了？学习生说洗完了 我说怎么没打麻药，她说叫我问医生，我就到前台投诉，前台说她进去问一下，出来跟我说医生说可以再帮我洗一次，然后我拒绝了，你们医生要有医德，就打保险公司投诉！

Thank you Dr. Kenneth Ho for saving my life . He is professional and kind . It was traumatic what happened to me. I lost consciousness when I was at the clinic due to the heat of the weather. I passed out in the front of Dr. Ho when we were discussing my husband’s case . ( Both of us are Dr. Ho ‘s patients.) I couldn’t imagine if I passed out alone and hit the ground. Dr. Ho was quick to respond when he saw me blacked out and caught me before I fell head first to the ground. He then placed me in a supine position and called 911. He tried to cool me down with wet towels. Dr. Ho helped to stabilize me until the paramedics came. Not only is he a great dentist, he is quick to respond to signs of emergency and in this case I was lucky I passed out in front of him. He’s compassionate and professional with attention to detail. There are not enough words for us to express our appreciation.

Dr. Kenneth Ho brings back the feeling of personalized dental care. His prompt response and individual assessment of each case is what dentistry should be. He truely cares for his patients not the procedure. Thank you Dr. Ho.

没责任心的牙科，根本什么都看不了，还要把你收进来，然后叫你去其他地方看，问题他们看完其他地方还要再等半年才能看.真的太恶心了.千万不要去，而且他们家就算是自费也不去他地方贵很多。

Had the best experience with Dr. Ho. He found the problem with my tooth and showed me with mirrors so I could see for myself. He then made himself available to me on off-hours to guide me on how to proceed and to answer all my questions that arose later. Few doctors are so caring and go above and beyond like Dr. Ho.

这家前台态度很好，那个实习女医生叫Sofia好像是这个名字，那个态度超级差哦，技术太可怕了，我洗个牙齿差点晕倒，我在Bk洗过几家医生都很好，来这家因为搬新家比较近，很后悔来这家，要慎重
