Dental Office

This place is absolutely horrible do not waste your time coming here the place is dirty it's old like the place looks something out of 1987, there were people literally sleeping of bordem wait there were no seats and people sitting outside waiting as well that is very unprofessional. They pile appointments at the same time without clearing their other appointments to people waiting for hours then you are waiting with individuals before you and the ones appointed the same time slot they dont have enough professional workers on duty they would have told me after waiting to come back another day there was no way they was seeing everyone including me timely fashion when my appointment was 2:30 pm. I took a Uber because the place is literally in West Bubble waste of $33 I wish I listen to the reviews of people up here this place is awful I didn't even waste my time staying I observed in under 3 minutes and bounce will get my root canal some place else!

One of the best decisions I've ever made! Guess I could leave all my bad experiences with dental clinics behind. Glad to came across Hello Dental online and decided to put my trust in them. They're so kind, professional, and they sincerely care. They're heaven sent to me. The long wait is definitely worth it. And I don't mind travelling very far, going forward just to have my dental sessions with them. Though I'm still half-way of the whole procedure, I feel confident and worry-free on the rest of the sessions. Wishing Hello Dental all the best and more power. May you continue to bring hope and be a blessing to a lot of people particularly those with dental issues. 🙂

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. My mother was charged $13,000 onto a card in December for a procedure she hasn't had done. She has been making payments on this card since then and no longer even sees this dentist. This card is gaining interest and no one calls me back. When my sister calls them, they keep giving her the run around. Its now been 10 months. My mother works very hard. I need this refunded ASAP!!! It's very unethical for you to charge someone when the procedure hasn't been done and won't be done. DO NOT TRUST HELLO DENTAL

Had my dental checkup today, saw those guys from their fb page and thought why not to try, they are in my area and knew - have to be good! And it was even better, surprisingly great! The staff was like catching up with old friends, and my dentist was a total pro. Left feeling like I just upgraded my smile finally. Definitely found my go-to dental spot

Be aware of predatory practice, they will sent the wrong code to the insurance so you get a deny for procedure, then they will sell the procedure for crazy amount which was 1200$ for root canal which I paid. I called the insurance and they told me that the office sent the wrong code and I was approved for the procedure that was done. And also the doctor made it extremely painful to remove the root canal, and his reason was the root canal was too deep, but I had 4-6 root canals done in the past never was this painful. Now they blaming the other dental office for sending them the wrong code, even tho that’s not true. I’m going to file a complaint with the insurance and the nys dental board association. Hope nobody else get ripped off as well.

Great place . A little small but the job is done nicely and the doctors are super amazing,gentle and they are willing to work with you . I have such anxiety when it comes to dentist but here you feel comfortable and safe . I drove almost 3 hours to get root canal and it was worth it. Don't listen to any other reviews they are just selfish and miserable people.

PLEASE READ Extremely unprofessional and Discriminates and tries to take advantage of Medicaid recipients. I went in on a referral and the manager assured me Medicaid denied procedure when in fact never submitted the request and told me my only option was to pull my tooth after it rots out or 2500$ procedure out of pocket ONLY when he heard me talking to my health company he quickly changed story saying he was doing it now . After getting procedure approved by insurance manager(called) assured me I should just go to another dentist since I was concerned about how I was being handled . I hope if you go here please speak up and don’t let this place take advantage of you. Avoid if possible also everyone in waiting room was upset with service and a POC !
