The front desk was so amazing when I called to schedule my appointment. I knew this dental office was going to be the one! When I arrived, I walked into a nice, clean waiting room. Everyone was welcoming, listened and were great at putting me at ease. Each process was broken down for me in a way I could understand. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to my next visit

Had a great experience with Dr. Kahloo and his team! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff were all so kind, friendly, and pleasant, which really made the visit even better. The office itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. Overall, an amazing level of service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I went to Carroll Gardens Dental Associates. The staff was great. Unfortunately, I was not pleased by the dentist, Dr. Richard Rosen. I needed a porcelain cap for my front tooth. The tooth that was replaced is not aligned with the rest of my teeth. I also requested to have my teeth to be whitened, but he declined to do so. He then referred me to another dentist for other work that is needed, but the dentist doesn't accept my health coverage. I feel like Dr. Rosen just wanted to do the minimalist amount and just move on to the next patient.

The dentist refused to see me at all because I can't currently get x-rays due to serious health issues. I understand that negates the ability to detect cavities, but that's not the dentist's only role and for him to deny me as a patient entirely and refuse to see me at all is not right. The hygienist had to take over his job and try to help me as much as he could with advice which was kind and professional and I commend him for that. He was great, but I won't be coming back - there is no point if I won't be treated like a patient who is worthy of being seen just like everyone else - even just to speak to me.

Doctor Joseph Khaloo has been my dentist for a while now, and I am very satisfied. He takes his time to explain each procedure, step by step. He’s very considerate, professional, gentle and kind.
