En el día de ayer viaje desde Atlanta para hacerme una cirugía de mis cordales. Cuando llegue el médico me dice que tenía que traer un referido médico cosa que nunca se me informo cuando llame para pedir información. El médico accedió hacerme la "cirugía" pero cuando el terminara sus citas anteriores. Llegue exactamente a las 10 am y fui atendida a las 4 de la tarde. La espera fue bastante larga y el servicio fue de los peor. Durante ese proceso me llamaron una cuarto veces para hacerme placas y más placas cuando llega el momento de mi cirugía pues resulta que el solo me puede sacar dos cuando yo fui para sacarme los 4. El médico en ninguna momento me puse anestesia general solo me administró anestesia local fue el dolor más grande que había sentido en mi vida yo lloraba y gritaba de dolor y el médico no paraba. Cuando termina de extraerme los me pone puntos que también sentí con bastante dolor. Yo lloraba y temblaba al mismo tiempo. Son personas bien inhumanas el servicio fue de los peor. Y lo peor de todo fue que mi hermana fue a sacárselos también y no se los saco porque vio todo lo que me hicieron a mi y lo mal que me puse que ella se asusto mucho. Lo peor del caso es que a ella también le sometieron la cirugía al plan más flor cobraron deducible y nunca se hizo la cirugía y también le devolvieron el dinero. Es el peor lugar al que ido y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

I have been coming to this dental office for several months & I must say that the entire staff is very nice, quick & knowledgeable & transportation is quick, safe & reliable, Dr Udall is my dentist, he is the so knowledgeable & patient, he makes sure I’m comfortable & listen to my concerns & he also make sure I’m happy each & every time I have a visit. I truly enjoy this place & I have brought new people with me as a new patient & will continue to refer people that in need of a good dentist!

This dentist office is the best this side of heaven. The entire staff is super pleasant. Dr Treyvus was patient and explained the process of what I needed done in detail. I highly recommend the Cosmetic Dentisty Center to take care of your teeth.

Great experience and service from the moment you enter until you leave. Front desk is always gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The office itself is like a one stop shop. You can be done with all you needs in one visit. Dr. Michael is the best ! Besides the amazing job that he does, he always explains everything that he is going to do, including costs. You know exactly what you’re getting and the total cost. The staff creates a very welcoming and painless experience.

This was my first time flying to New York to see what all the buzz was about. The staff greeted me warmly and were quick and efficient. Overall, I don’t regret taking this flight one bit.
