Waste of time. Have given Dr. Rizvi multiple chances to redeem himself, but time and time again he has always disappointed and leaves you frustrated. He does not give you any treatment and will say to go somewhere else if he can’t do the job. He also always uses a lot of excuses if you try to argue with him on how he never treats you. All he can pretty much do is basic level cleaning and charge your insurance for x-rays. He does not live up to the "Al-Shifa" name and is not worthy of the name.

They did an amazing job with my root canal, and the receptionists were super nice. The dentist was very kind and always kept checking if I was experiencing any pain. It's always a relief to have a positive experience at the dentist, especially when the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend visiting this office!

The services that I receive from Doctor is excellent. Great Dental office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. the front office girl her name is ZARA she's incredible, even I switched my appointment 6 to 7 times but she still polite and she talked to me very professional way wonderful experience. Dr Abad charge me for root canal but it is not successful I did pay money for root canal but it is not okay very very bad experience

Dr. Abid Rizvi is accommodating, calm, and doesn't rush procedures. Would recommend anyone from the Pakistani community.

I was thrilled with their services... the receptionist zara was super nice, helpful and very professional with a lot knowledge..I’ve been going there for almost 3 yrs and they never disappoint. superb staff with great knowledge, super friendly and professional… sidra was really sweet and Dr.rizvi is my dentist and I can’t say enough positive things about him. I would highly recommend this dental practice…. our family of 5 will never leave this practice….. they are great people and professionals."The office is always very clean,Not having dental coverage, Dr. Rizvi's honesty is what keeps me coming back. He has never tried to push a procedure I did not need. I love how he has flexible payment plans and really works with those of us who do not have coverage. I highly recommend him!
