Had a great first experience here. Sandy is a great hygienist, she let me choose music on the TV they have for patients to use and made the dental cleaning session more enjoyable. She took her time with the cleaning, let me observe the procedure with a mirror and communicated during every step of the process. Eva at the front desk is also friendly and charming to chat with. The staff overall is knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff at Advanced Gentle Dentistry of Park Slope is caring, professional, and simply amazing. I did my annual check-up with teeth cleaning here and was treated like family. This is a great office. Great dentists and support staff. We’ve been going there for a few years now and my family most recently visited for our regular cleaning. Carol was our hygienist and as always she did an amazing job. Thank you again! Highly recommended!

Review#1 I have used this facility before and wanted to go again for cleaning but when I called them for an appointment, I was told that everything is booked till May. 3 months in advance is booked for hygienist. Lady who picked up phone was least interested in making any effort of mentioning which date is earliest availability and she was least concern about accepting business. I decided to look for hygienist somewhere else. Review#2 I called to make an appointment second time around and from making an appointment to receptionist to hygienist to doctor, everything was smooth and very professional.

This office is great. They told me recently that I need a crown, for some reason the insurance company denied the claim, but Dr. Sarji was more than happy to help me appeal this decision. I really appreciate his help with this as I wouldn’t know where to start in navigating the appeals process and the time is short to do so. Very satisfied with everything having to do with Advanced Gentle Dentistry. They’re always so helpful, professional and friendly. Regardless of the decision, thanks again for everything!
