I’ve been going here since I was a kid. The wait times are insane. These are business hours. People aren’t coming here cuz they enjoy sitting in your waiting room for hours doing nothing. My appointment was 10:00 and I only saw a doctor after 12. If you know you are constantly, maybe adapt and factor that in when making appointments. Absolutely disgusting.

"I’m really disappointed with my experience today. After a waiting a long time, the dentist numbed me and then left me sitting there for over half an hour. When he finally came back, he rushed through my filling in under five minutes without explaining what he was doing or giving me any choice in the materials. When I tried to tell him afterward that I wasn't happy, he was completely dismissive and didn't even apologize. I won't be coming back."

It's cool for basic general dental services. Also depending on your insurance. They have many rooms upstairs the staff was nice. Dentist just referred me to a specialist as I went for a root canal X-ray. I appreciate his honesty. Though they can use a more updated digital x-ray they still use the old film.

A place of horror. I came in to get a crown for a tooth. He took X-rays and said I had a bit of decay in several teeth. I told him, "If I have it, then please treat it." It’s important to note that I had absolutely no pain. In just 20 minutes, he drilled into 9 teeth, going way too deep. Six hours later, I went back and told him, "I can’t breathe from the pain." He prescribed me a special toothpaste, which of course didn’t help. I went to a specialist who determined I now need 4 root canals because he touched the nerve! This is insane — he destroyed my life. Stay far away from this place. He’s simply a butcher! From zero pain to $12,000 in costs and severe damage to my teeth — you’ve been warned.

October 08, 2024 my son was having 4.00pm appointment, so we were there, front desk lady worker said, "you don't have an appointment today", upon showing her their appointment card she made an sorry face but did not say sorry, I said it's not my mistake it's your office's efficiency and told her you should say sorry for it, there was another co-worker with her a rude lady yelling over her shoulder that's not us the lady who made that appointment of yours is not here etc., blah., blah.,... and started ignoring with an attitude, I have been visiting Dr. Adler's dental office with my family and kids since past 8 years all the staff are very polite and mannered except this time this lady's behavior with Dr. Adler's patients was rude. Never had such a bad behavior and service from any front desk worker.

My first time at this dental office, and I must say, I had a great experience 👍🏼. I originally went in for a dental hygiene cleaning---I haven't had one in a very long time... I can't remember his name; the hygienist was an older gentleman, very nice and very humorous! Great job! 👍🏼Then I had an oral exam from the doctor and he too was very professional and nice... They get additional points for hiring a pretty receptionist 🤗... I'd recommend them so far 👌

Excellent care, service, and expertise! Dr. Adler Sr did an excellent cleaning my first time here in 2023 so I came back. They referred me to an excellent oral surgeon for my coronectomy. Then, I came back for my crown which Dr. Vitesh suggested. I don't know if what they do here is an art or a science. Maybe it's both. My experience was magical. I love going to the dentist now!!!
