Park Dental Edinbrook

I want to give everyone a heads up about my experience here. Many years ago, I was a long-time client at Park Dental. I spoke up about a dental hygienist who was rude and condescending toward me. To their credit, the general manager called me to apologize and said she would address it with the hygienist. I appreciated that and considered it resolved. But here’s the kicker — when I called back a couple months later to book my next appointment, they told me they had no record of me as a client. Even though I had been going there for years. They basically blacklisted me for speaking up about one of their employees. And if they respond claiming I was never a client — well, that’s exactly the point. You erased my files.

I’ve been Park Dental for years, but I was very disappointed with today’s cleaning appointment. The hygienist name Jude M was rude and rough during the cleaning. I have sensitive teeth, and she didn’t show any care or comfort. She also didn’t floss and polish all my teeth. She rushed me to schedule another treatment. Today’s appointment was 6 PM. She brought me in at 6:09 PM and 6:41 PM got done. This was a very unpleasant experience!!!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Dr. Naik is very professional and did fantastic work (crown)on a tooth that broke off. Statement of service is very detailed and questions about my out of pocket cost explained in detail. Very helpful. Thanks

I have been coming to Park Dental for years with positive results...i had a cleaning/checkup & had a different hygienist...it was horrible! Rough, absolutely uncalled for IDK what her problem is/was but according to other comments/reviews i see its not the first time...when done she raised the seat all the way from laid back to where i was leaning so far forward i had to sit sideways to wait for the dentist...i was so mad I waked out without seeing my dentist...its been 2 DAYS, no-one from this office bothered to call and ask what happened...I have experience with rough dentist my father was a Dentist & old school this experience was next level ridiculous...IDK maybe this is the way the cull clients

I will just say this: I had a tooth pulled today at 1pm, it is now 4:45pm. I have decided that this is my new dentist going forward. it took Dr Johnson less than five seconds to remove the tooth. after waiting for the Novocain to work of course. the tech was also very good and knowledgeable .

Dr Naik and her team member were fantastic . We often come here for treatment and cleanings . Really nice faculty and front desk . Miss song also was detailed oriented .

Nicole is fantastic with my adult son with Autism. He loves to help her with teeth cleaning. She is calm and patient making his experience wonderful. As we were leaving he even called out to her that he loved her. Can't say enough good things about how she makes us feel welcome!
