Yo nose que hacer en este caso , vine a qué me quitaran dos dientes porque me dolían y los dos estaban picados se miraban a simple vista , pero el día de la operacion me quitaron uno equivocado , uno que no estaba picado y ni me dolía , ami me dolían los que estaba picados y aún sigo teniendo el diente que no me sacaron a quiene puede ayudar mejor ellos o un Abodago ?

I had such a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Sura, the office manager — she was absolutely amazing. She guided me through my financing options step by step and made everything so simple and easy to understand. I was nervous about the financial side of things, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making patients feel comfortable, and Sura definitely goes above and beyond. Life-changing experience Finally found a dentist I actually TRUST! I came in extremely anxious I needed a root canal removal AND a crown replacement, which honestly had me dreading the whole thing. But from the moment I walked through the door, everything felt different. The clinic itself is spotless. I mean genuinely clean the kind of clean that actually puts you at ease before you even sit in the chair. Modern, organized, and welcoming. Dr. Ismail is simply outstanding. He walked me through every single step, made sure I was comfortable, and his precision and confidence made the whole procedure feel smoother than I ever imagined. You can immediately tell this is someone who truly masters his craft.The staff deserve their own shoutout professional, warm, and incredibly respectful. No rushing, no dismissiveness. They treated me like I actually mattered, not just like another appointment on the schedule. And the pricing? Honestly one of the most competitive I’ve found in the area especially for the quality of care you receive. Absolutely worth every penny, and then some. This is only based of my experience at the Brooklyn Center location. Multiple red flags. They charge you up front and multiple times I received a bill about a year later. I disputed them, I was once asked if I still had the receipt from over a year ago. I didn't, they argued a bit and blamed it on a system upgrade and lost history and other excuses like system errors. I was told I had 2 small cavities about 2 years ago and still haven't seen anything or had any issues. The last straw was my last appointment. They told me the appointment was going to be around $250, I asked if I could pay half up front. After the lady checked with the manager they said it's actually $350 because they forgot to charge for the x-ray. I said cancel my appointment, something just didn't feel right, they asked if I wanted to reschedule,I declined. I called my insurance to check on the cost of the periodontal cleaning and the x-ray. Insurance said I shouldn't be charged for the x-ray because it was covered. Insurance did a 3 way call with Aspen Dental and me and toldthemthe x-raywas covered. The lady at AD said well I didn't deal with you, I will have my manager call you back. I never received a call back. I will say the hygienists are great.

Connor and Dr. Salour made me really comfortable and the room felt completely judgment free. I got my cleanings done by Connor and he did an amazing job and made sure everything was perfect. He was really fast and efficient. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience today at the clinic. I did X-rays and a full CBCT scan, and Dr. Hassan gave me one of the most detailed and honest assessments I’ve ever received. From the moment I walked in, the level of respect and professionalism was outstanding. Dr. Hassan is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about explaining every detail clearly. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and very organized. The service was fast, the place is spotless clean, and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Honestly, this is one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended to anyone looking for real quality, great care, and a professional team that actually knows what they’re doing. Very helpful and friendly dental office. I had some financial challenges with covering the cost of a service, and the team worked with me to make it affordable and reasonable so I could still receive care. They also helped schedule future appointments, which I really appreciated. Hats off to Aspen Dental for their understanding and support.
