Dr. Castro and her staff, especially hygienist Maribel, are an exceptional team. How often do you walk out of a dental office you found through reviews—having never been a patient before—and find yourself saying, "Oh my God, I absolutely love my dentist"? I can say that. My son and husband can too, one more of us are still waiting for his first visits. From the moment I arrived (late, and still treated with complete kindness), I was met with respect, courtesy, and genuine warmth. They didn’t make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience at all. Maribel performed the best set of dental X-rays I’ve ever had in my 52 years. She was gentle, patient, and truly caring. I have dental tori, which makes X-rays very difficult and often painful. In the past, I’ve actually cried during X-rays because of the discomfort. This time was completely different. Maribel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get everything done in one try. She did it perfectly—no pain, just care and precision. I was honestly in shock because for once I didn’t leave hurting. She was so skilled that even Dr. Castro couldn’t tell the X-rays were complicated. They looked completely normal, even with the extra calcium deposits in the back of my lower mouth. Thank you, Maribel, for your kindness and expertise. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Newberry Dental is truly outstanding.

After not going to the dentist for 5 years, I was very nervous about finally going to my appointment. I've had terrible experiences at past dentist offices, so I was hesitant to make an appointment to begin with. When I was seen at Newbury Dental, everyone was friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Castro and the hygienists were very gentle and continuously let me know what they were doing beforehand so I knew what to expect. I had to go back for a couple fillings, but even that experience was easy and painless. Everyone made it so comfortable that I went back on my own to get teeth whitening services done. I would recommend this office to anyone who is hesitant about going to the dentist.

Honestly the best dentists office I’ve ever been to, so much so that Im actually writing a review. Everybody was extremely friendly, the hygienist was great and explained everything before it was done, I’ve also been flossing wrong for my entire life… first person to ever show me how to do it correctly. The dentist was also great, and the 3D imaging taken was very helpful when she was explaining why she would like to do certain things in a future visit, or for me to adjust my brushing habits due to gum recession.
