No están organizados son muy groseros principalmente el personal de ie hace las citas por teléfono dicen que te van a llamar para darte una cita y nunca te devuelven la llamada de verdad son muy desagradables .

Es una porqueria Valla a cualuier otro lado menos ese. Omg

De lo peor el trato, la organizacion. Y hasta la asitente agarra las gasas y algodon sin guantes no se lo recomiento a nadie. The worst treatment and organization. Even the assistant handles the gauze and cotton without gloves. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

One star because that’s the only way to leave a review. It is a horrible dental practice, dirty and worn exam areas, rude front desk woman. HIPPA violations galore and maybe a touch of fraud, how do you want me to sign a service invoice before the service? Excessive wait time without notice or courtesy. The dentist did not wash or sanitize his hands between patients. It was supposed to be my sons first visit, we hauled tail out of there real fast! As a healthcare professional I’m embarrassed for the whole practice!

Wait time is ridiculous. The dentist is juggling patients back and fourth . This is a pretty congested area they should have at least two dentist on hand each day . The receptionist are great ,knowledgeable, and helpful. Doing the best they can amongst the chaos .

Do not go to this place!! The reception staff are consistently rude and disrespectful, especially toward older patients. This office also seems to overbook appointments daily, which forces the dentist to rush through visits. As a result, the quality of care suffers, and patients do not receive the attention they deserve. What’s most concerning is that many of the people who come here are part of a vulnerable population, yet they are treated poorly because the staff know they need services. Patients should never feel mistreated or disrespected in a healthcare setting. I strongly recommend finding another dental office where patients are treated with dignity and receive proper care.

This place is so unprofessional they rush through your dental work and do things you dont need just to charge more visits or because they dont have time to do what you actually need. They have you wait 3 hrs or more to be seen on a scheduled appointment . The female dentist does sloppy work however there male dentist is a good dentist but this office is highly unorganized as they even they misplace charts and lack resources and there scheduling is very disorganized. Avoid going here especially with your kids. There teeth are important please go to a real professional. If i could give no stars i would
