Verdaderamente no me tome mi tiempo en investigar esta oficina antes de traer a mi hija. Vine recommended por el kingbrigde height center, pesimo servicio. Te dan una cita para una hora y pasas 2 horas en la oficina porque es por orden de llegada. La gente viene y se anota temprano y se va. Entonces duras mucho tiempo ahi porque llegan gente que estaban delante de ti y no lo sabias. Quien te anota en esa lista es la señora del front desk. Realmente no sabes si ella esta pasando gente delante de ti. Un lugar muy inrespetuoso con el tiempo de los pasientes. Parece un problema de muchos años porque hay comentarios viejos con la misma quejas. Lugares asi no se va porque no mejoran para mantener el pasiente. Solo les importa verte una vez y ya. No le interesa si el pasiente se va contento. No lo recomiendo para nada. No lleven sus niños a este lugar

Pésimo front desk. Ineficientes, con problemas de actitud. Negligentes, desorganizados y escasas habilidades de comunicación. Irrespetuosos del tiempo ajeno.

This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Even if you schedule an appointment for 9:00 AM, you will NOT be seen until 1 or 2 PM , if you’re seen at all. The whole place is freezing, packed, and completely out of control. They let their own people skip the entire line every single time, while everyone else is left sitting for hours with no explanation. It’s impossible not to feel like there is discrimination happening, because the favoritism is right in your face. Patients who actually show up on time are treated like they don’t matter. I waited more than four hours for a basic cleaning and still couldn’t get in because they kept pushing other people ahead of me. This happens every visit, not just once. The disrespect is unbelievable. This office should honestly be investigated. The way they treat people is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely unfair. I would warn anyone: stay away from this place unless you want to waste your entire day just to watch them let others skip the line while you’re ignored.

To clarify, I’m a patient from awhile ago as I since moved — I think my last appointment here was in 2024? I remember being seen by Dr. Ana Rojas for my cleaning. She said I only bled in a few spots, and it would probably be better if I flossed a little more. I confessed I actually don’t floss at all, because it always hurt and I would often bleed. She explained that the solution was actually to floss every day, to avoid the plaque buildup that causes the gums to be stiff, inflamed, and bleed. Since her advice, I’ve been flossing every single day and she was RIGHT. I stopped bleeding when flossing, and now I don’t bleed at all during cleanings anymore. I used to have sensitive teeth (during cleanings and eating cold food), but all of that has resolved. I had been procrastinating too long on this review, but I never forgot how Dr. Rojas took the time to educate me as the patient, and it changed my daily life for the better forever since. Providers like her are rare in this day and age, and I’m very grateful!

I had the pleasure of getting my routine dental check up today at Marble Hill Dental Office. I'm surprised about the reviews regarding the front desk because I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was checked in and seen immediately. The dentist was very knowledgeable and thorough and I had all my needs addressed.
