Dr. Jacob personally called me back and told me to come in at 11 a.m. — I was so relieved. From the moment I walked into the office, everything went smoothly. After filling out paperwork and taking X-rays, he quickly identified that my wisdom tooth was causing the pain. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable before moving forward with the extraction. I was honestly nervous, but the procedure was handled with such care and professionalism. The extraction was quick, and he made sure I was okay the entire time. His bedside manner is amazing, and you can truly tell he cares about his patients. I’m beyond grateful for the same-day help and the relief I feel now.
