My family and I been going to Jessica for over 10 years.She is an exceptional dentist. My children are comfortable with her and she makes sure we are using straws to drink lol. Make your appointment with Greater dental today you won’t be disappointed.

I am writing an honest review here. My mom has visited this doctor several times. And, we have been treated badly by this doctor. As mentioned in the other review, this doctor gets loud. She does not like to repeat herself. She ordered my mom's dental crowns larger, and then tried insisting that they fit fine. She also had my mom get two of her good molar teeth extracted. She is honestly a nightmare. I do not recommend anyone to ever visit this dentist. Avoid her! There are many great dentists located within her office location.

Save yourself and not book an appointment at Greater Dental with Jessica Lee, MD. Bedside manner horrible. Can get very loud with patients. Made an appointment with my husband. I never went back after the first visit, did not get a cleaning, just a technician flossing my teeth with his hands. She does not inform you of the type of treatment you are receiving. This place screams SCAM. The receptionist is nice and well mannered. The office manager is also pleasant yet she lies for Jessica Lee in a gang-like matter in blaming the patient for fail treatment. After months of my husband being in pain and failed root canal and bridge placement; went to a specialist in the city where we have photo document proving the treatment Dr. Lee providing was not all incorrect but dangerous. My husband had an infection in which Dr. Lee did not write a script for antibiotics herself or a referral to another Dr. When we attempt to question her practice and inquiry on her fail treatments she is very defensive. For the sake of your health AVOID THIS OFFICE!!

While visiting my grandmother, she asked me to accompany her to the dentist to try on her new dentures. They obviously didn't fit properly and the doctor and her assistant insisted that they were fine. We asked if the new pair could be built up or redone and we were told no and that my grandmother was at fault for saying that the trial size fit, even after admitting that the trial pair fit better because they built them up with wax when she tried them on. The doctor and assistant were loud and argumentative. We left the dentures behind and the doctor said she would refund the payment. I work in the insurance industry; better believe that if it's not returned within 7 business days, I will get highly involved and file every report I can for mistreatment of senior citizens.

Spotting is usually caused by poor steam quality during the autoclaving process. Spotting can also be due to mineral deposits such as magnesium and calcium accumulations. Alternatively, spots can be left by detergent buildup or failure to completely rinse and scrub instruments. Their instruments that they were about to use in my mouth was filthy and spotty . I asked her for a different basic pack and the mood shifted. Please be aware of the "sterilized" instruments that are being used on you.

Dr. Lee gave me back my self esteem,and my smile, I highly recommend her to everyone. My entire family will be seeing her, I thank her so much.
