Horrible el trato de la doctora muy ruda estuve esperando el appointment para mi niña desde octubre y les decía que checaran la muela que la veía con caries y ella no iso nada y al final le dio caries me dieron cita para ponerle la corona y el dia de la cita dise que no podía hacerlo que me iba a dar referido para el hospital y cada rato me estaba cambiando la cita y para nada 0 recomendable esa clínica dental.

Ive recently been to this dentist for about a year or so. I have had multiple fillings and they ALL LOOK HAVE FALLEN OUT. All the fillings I've had done from this office fall out and have to be replaced. Most of the doctors who are there working are residents.However, they don't let you know that information during your visit. Needless to say I'm not coming back. Also in addition, the front desk is highly unprofessional. When you call for an appointment after they're done dis cussing personal matters they attend to patients. Better off staying away

No customer service skills at all. Dental assistant asked did we receive a gauge for my mouth when she was right next to me watching the doctor put it in my mouth. The Dr. was very professional unfortunately I will never return.

Worsde dental office to go to since before COVID Shanik has no customer service skills, she's extremely rude to the patients always has an attitude problem. After waiting TWO months for an appointment I arrive and was told I can not be seen because I was with my one year old daughter "due to covid" if that is the case how do kids get seen? They clearly have to go in with ONE PARENT, it's the same ratio in my case. There was a husband and wife that were able to enter together when I asked why thy can enter together Digna (office manager) said they both had an appointment which was not the case because Shanik said the wife was there for an emergency!!!!!!!!!! When they called yesterday to confirm this appointment they did not disclose this information to me!!! They said they sent it via text and they DID NOT!!!! Why would I arrive with my daughter after knowing the rules?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!??! The owner Dara Rosenberg clearly does not know how to run a practice and does not care how her employees treat the patients because we are ALL minority patients and she's providing all of us with the service she thinks we deserve. At the end of the day it is BUSINESS Dara Rosenberg gets paid regardless of the quality of care the patients are provided with. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance, St. Barnabas and the Department of Health!!!!!!!!!

The front desk person is extremely rude when answering the phone. The doctor when I came was different than the one I had. I had come for a deep cleaning and the hygienist wanted to numb me but got upset when I said I only wanted the dentist to do it. She stated the hygenists have a license.

I wish I could rate them under zero. The people who answer the phone are extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to make an appointment today and the lady hung up the phone on me. I cannot believe how this place operates. Never going there again. The dentists were nice, but front desk ruins it.
