No me gusta mucho ya ir por qué algunas de las personas que me atienden me tratan con mal carácter

No me gusto mucho sobre todo el doctor puesto que le cobraron al seguro un chequeo dental y ni me hiceron y solo me receto algo por mirar una placa y no revisar el problema.. no los recomiendo

Lo único que puedo decir y con eso digo todo fuy con Braque roto y no pusieron ninguna excusa en Areglar lo no me dieron cita me dijeron siéntate que te atendemos ya mismo los recomiendo

very disrespectful people,they canceled my appointment without notification,and i miss a Day of work to there at 12:00 pm and just to find out they are closed. I don't recommend anybody make business with them. Just my opinion

I had an issue scheduling my 2 kids dentist appt. When I walked in to check for their appts, they only showed 1 child’s appt. The front office person was kind and moved things around for them both to bee seen 3/9 @ 11am! Then the 2 ladies that worked on their braces and the new doctor were so great! My kids actually had no complaints about being there that day. I’m grateful for the staff there!

My son got braces at cortland …. The first year or so was fine. But after that things started to deteriorate, the started with orthodontist on staff every day, the past 2 years have seen 80% cancelled appointments that I confirmed. Took my son there yesterday for confirmed back to back appointments, when we checked in they told us that our ortho appointment had been cancelled ( again) ) and that his ortho would have to be reauthorized because we had gone past the completion date…. I complained that he hadn’t had an adjustment in basically a year ( as they kept cancelling his appointments after confirmation) … the orthodontist on duty ( now down to one orthodontist, one day a week) took a quick peek at his braces and said there was multiple broken brackets ( which tends to happen when not treated in basically a year) and said the would not be treating him any longer …. No explanation, no cause just beat it and good luck. Please do yourself and your child a huge favor and use anyone other than them.
