Aspen Dental - Brockton, MA

I've been so happy with the care I received at Aspen Dental in Brockton. Dr. Isha Hooda made me a brand new set of partial dentures and also repaired my old ones, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out. They fit comfortably and look very natural. She was patient with me and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I also had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. The front desk staff were kind and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The office is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Hooda and her team to anyone. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

Went to Aspen Dental Brockton recently and had a really great experience. Got a filling done by Dr. Hooda and she was excellent. I'm one of those people who gets a little anxious at the dentist, but she had this calm way about her that made the whole thing easier. She took her time, explained what she was doing as she went, and answered every question without making me feel like I was being a pain. Also got a cleaning with Jamie and she was fantastic. Gentle, thorough, and friendly the whole time. Office is clean and modern, and the front desk got me in quickly. I'll definitely be going back. 5 stars.

My experience was really great. What I liked most is that they took their time to clean your teeth properly; it didn’t feel like they were rushing just to get done with you. The receptionists were also very kind and explained everything clearly, making it easy to understand. The doctor is always kind, speaks to me nicely, and cleans my teeth very well. Currently my take is 5 stars, I would like to start with the face of aspen, and thank Shandi, and Joe. Both times I met with them, they were nothing short of excellent, knowledgeable and helpful! Personally I go in fearful of the entire experience.. So to get started it’s important to me that I’m greeted with kindness and understanding, they both excel there! My first time I was in extreme pain, and the whole staff quickly got me in and out and medicated within less than an hour, early on a Saturday! I honestly don’t have the best condition of teeth and I never once was made to feel gross or shamed. Which is another big fear. Each time I feel a weight is lifted, and to sum it all up. It’s because of the kindness, understanding and empathy by the entire team! Thank you aspen, Shandi, Joe and everyone in between! May life return the kindness to you all !

This location is PHENOMENAL if there were more stars to give I would! 😤 They made me and my husband feel so comfortable and taken care of. Very transparent and took the time to explain anything we did not understand. The entire team was absolutely great! I wish I remembered everyone’s names cause again literally everyone in there was soooooo friendly, sweet and extremely helpful. Definitely huge shout out to Joe and Christina (I believe that was her name) through out everything again super friendly throughly explained everything to us making sure we understood it all and how to support us. 100/10 would always recommend✨

Please Read Before Choosing a Aspen Dentist I strongly recommend avoiding Aspen Dental. My experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged twice for a simple tooth extraction for my daughter, who has otherwise healthy teeth and no cavities. The total cost ended up being over $2,000 for removing just one tooth, which feels excessive. On top of that, resolving the billing issue took an unreasonable amount of time and effort. Customer service did not meet expectations, and their limited hours, closing early on Fridays made the situation even more frustrating. Please save yourself the time, stress, and money by considering other dental providers.

This place is great, as someone who dreads going to the dentist, I don't dread coming here. That is all because of the staff, starting from the front desk, all the way to Dr. Hooda, they are all incredible. The work Dr. Hooda has done has changed my life. I can't thank the team enough!
