My first 2 minutes through the door the atmosphere was welcoming and Ms Debbie and Ms Michelle fostered that experience for me. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable. I simply went in to see if they were accepting new patients, in which they were, unfortunately they don't accept my insurance. But nevertheless Ms. Michelle provided me with the information I needed to make the appropriate and necessary changes as well as recommended others options. With customer service such as that I'll definitely go back and recommend Modern Denistry of New England to anyone.

Beautiful office that utilizes the latest technology for dentistry! Dr. Gabr is a fantastic dentist with great bedside manner. A few years back, I asked if he could fix a noticeable chip on one of my front teeth and he did-- it still looks so natural to this day. I also completed Invisalign through his office, which I highly recommend to anyone considering it as a way to straighten out their teeth that may have shifted in the decades after braces came off. Following his recommendation after he spotted a couple hairline cracks on my back teeth, I also got a night guard through the office. Dr. Gabr is not pushy and makes honest recommendations based on what he thinks would work best. He says not everyone is a candidate for Invisalign and not everyone's teeth can be saved... fortunately mine are ok so far. The dental hygienists are all fantastic and I have been seeing Sarah for the past couple of years for my routine cleanings. I am so happy with her care, because she is very thorough and also very helpful. She shares pictures of my teeth to show me the tartar buildup and other problem spots I need to work on. The idea is that she tries to help me keep my teeth in good condition so Dr. Gabr doesn't have to do any major work on them! Hopefully I won't need it, but if I did need further dental work, Dr. Gabr would be the one I would want to do it.

I went to Dr. Gabr on a dart throw due to an abscess tooth. The practice in its entirety epitomizes professionalism and comfort, which was especially important as the last dental experience I had was excruciating. I have returned to Dr. Gabr a number of times since the initial time and each time, Dr. Gabr has taken the time to explain each procedure. To highlight his attention to the comfort of his patients, I was in pain prior to an appointment, and when I called the answering service expecting the answering service and an eventual backup doctor, I was taken back when Dr. Gabr returned my call while away on a family vacation. He then followed up a second time to ensure that his treatment had taken effect. In summary, I cannot recommend Dr. Gabr and Modern Dentistry as a whole more. He has rekindled my trust in dentists and the professionalism and caring in the business, and thank him for his continued treatment.

They seemed excellent at first. I needed surgical procedure which insurance didnt fully cover. The procedure was over 3 grand. I paid half up front. They called to move surgery up and I needed the extra 2 weeks to the original date to pay in full. They refused the procedure despite him having the time to do it because they wanted the whole 3 grand. I was never offered payments either. I had abscesses upon arrival to this practice. Antibiotics and pain meds got me through first few weeks and to the scaling then they absessesd again waiting for the appt date called he ordered antibiotics. The next day I called in horrible pain no return call she seemed irritated that I had pain. I called the pharmacy no med called the next day to find they had an extended weekend off until Monday. I was left to go to er no call no meds. I would reconsider these people unless you have a big bank account or if you have major problems in your mouth. His hygienist is amazing. If you only need cleanings you should be ok but if you have any real problems beware!

Dr. Gabr is amazing. He is extremely professional and has a calming vibe. The staff is respectful and friendly. I always look for my routine appointments 🙂
