Kids Dental Care

A mi hijo le iban a sacar unos dientes y no estaba de acuerdo con q le colocaran la anestesia para sedarlo solo la anestesia local, y al doctor no le pareció y me mando a salir del consultorio, y quería tomar la decisión por mi, me pareció anti ético y poco profesional, me fui y me lleve a mi hijo. No recomiendo ese lugar nada profesional

Un equipo excepcional, amable, respetoso y profecional. Hicieron lo posible para atender lo mas pronto la necesidad de mi hijo.

A pesar de la condición de mi hija que tiene autismo todo estuvo bien en su primera visita

All I can say is my wife and I are extremely happy that we found this place for our 2 year old sons first dentist appointment the staff and the dentist were very professional and compassionate with our son and let me tell you our son was happy as well we will most definitely be back for future visits I highly recommend this place 💯

Not happy with the experience my sister and nephew went through today. My nephew isn’t even two yet and the dental assistant was so unprofessional telling her to hold his feet down while trying to see in his mouth. My sister is pregnant and they wanted her to hold him down by leaning backwards. She was almost in tears walking out. No one helped her try and attempt to talk to him and make him feel comfortable. Very unpleasant visit. She will be finding him a new dentist that is more personable with children. Do NOT recommend this place for children!!!!!!

The service is horrible. They are never aware of the services the client will be receiving, and scheduling an appointment is always a problem. They always call to reschedule, and when you go to the appointment, if you arrive a few minutes late, even if you have previously informed them of the delay, they cancel the appointment upon arrival. I made several appointments for my children and me, and they always forgot to schedule one. You have to wait up to 3 months for an appointment, and they are not capable of waiting a few minutes for their clients, which does not seem fair to me because even if you arrive on time, they make you wait. On the other hand, the customer service is horrible. They never have your correct information and think that by saying they understand you, they will solve all the errors they make. A terrible place to go with children. I do not recommend it after having had bad experiences with them on three consecutive occasions. I think the 1 star rating is too much for this center…

Been here 3 times for my 7 year old and they have always been so accommodating, kind, and friendly. My son looks forward to visits here because each visit prior has been a breeze. The Drs and the assistants make him feel secure and pay extra attention to him. Me too. I've always had anxiety around dentists and I really didn't want to put that onto my kid. So far so good! He had some minor surgery and they were really great about informing me of everything and making me feel calm and setting everything up. I really cannot say enough about them at this office! I've met a couple of the main Drs here and they seem like they are really great at what they do! You should definitely bring your kid here, especially if you have anxieties around dental visits.
