I am so happy I found this dental office. I hadn’t been to the dentist for years. I had a little bit of nervous anxiety at the thought of it, but I knew it would have to be done. The staff was so friendly and put me at ease right away. My hygienist Marie was the absolute best. She was so kind and funny and explained everything she was doing And had the best personality and disposition. The dentist came in to look everything over and really explained everything to me that they thought they had to do. Which wasn’t much. It went so much better than I thought it was going to. I thought the worst and was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t need to have much done. I’m so glad I found this office. I highly recommend them to everyone

I’ve been a client here for several years, and this office undoubtedly has the best dental staff you’ll find anywhere. I moved to a town further away, and never considered changing dentists. My hygienist Marie is kind, empathetic, professional, free of judgement, and an all-around great person. She makes an experience that some would consider to be stressful into a caring, disarming atmosphere backed by years of experience. Dr Katkowski is an honest, welcoming, professional, skilled dentist, and always remembers small personal details, even after only seeing me twice a year. It feels like visiting family when stepping through the door.

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because of the dental assistant Kristen and her bubbly, friendly and courteous personality. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted at all but to someone’s back….and to be honest it seemed like the girl couldn’t even be bothered to turn around and say hello or good afternoon……which I thought was in the job description of someone working the front desk of an established business…so I was greeted with this woman’s back and then the most monotone personality I’ve ever experienced. When the appointment was over I was excited to have my son have his cleanings here but was quickly let down once we were brought to the front desk and told to basically just go to the referral instead. She barely even looked my way or acknowledged me and again seemed over her entire job…I’m really happy that my son had a good experience with the Doctor and KRISTEN but that woman at the front desk should probably consider a different career path preferably something that doesn’t involve having to interact with customers. Her rudeness was so clear that my 8year old looked at me and said "mom what was that lady’s problem?" Glad we were referred elsewhere because I wouldn’t look forward to having to deal with someone so nasty every appointment.

This is a great dental office. Everyone is terrific here. I really appreciate that they are so up-to-date in the field of dentistry. The office staff is very efficient and caring. They can access your insurance and help you with any questions or help you may need. The office suite is more modern and very clean, one floor (no stairs) and you can always feel secure and comfortable even if you are nervous about having to go to a dentist.

Marie is the best hygienist! So caring to not cause you any discomfort! Very efficient! Highly recommend her. Dr. Katz is great and thanks to Marie’s great work no need to have him do any work!!! 😊

Annette cleaned my teeth and she was awesome. As for a past professional I can appreciate the time she spent and her expertise. Excellent job I would recommend her and the entire staff. Steph and Kathleen were great!

I was recently a new patient at Bristol Family Dental after seeing my dentist and working in the office for 43 years. I was very pleased with my experience-first-the office was clean and esthetic-staff friendly-up to date equipment-I had a full set of x-rays and intra oral photos of my teeth-exam and a gentle cleaning. Afterwards I met Dr Katkowski who was very pleasant and I felt that I would be in good hands. Many of our dental patients have contacted me to ask where they should go now that Dr Wilson has retired-I will share my good experience with them!😊
