Brentwood Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Había oído cosas muy buenas antes de ir, y al llegar, el personal fue muy amable, especialmente la gerente, Jenny. Se encargaron de prepararlo todo para mí. La limpieza y el tratamiento dental fueron excelentes. Sin duda volveré.

First, I want to say that the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were all very kind and professional, and I have no complaints about the care we received. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall office environment. The office felt very bare and lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere I’ve experienced at other dental practices. I would also like to point out how it did not look clean. And that’s a huge red flag for me. I had to bring my 5-year-old daughter in due to an insurance issue and because I needed a school form completed. She absolutely loves going to the dentist and often asks when she can have her next appointment. However, she was disappointed by how plain the office felt, and she was especially sad that there wasn’t a small take-home item for children, such as stickers or a goodie bag, which has been standard at every other dental office we’ve visited. While I understand these extras are not required, they do make a difference in creating a positive experience for young patients. Because of this, I have decided that I will not be returning for future appointments for myself or my other children. I would like to also point out that I have been an RDA for almost 10 years, and would consider myself experienced enough to notice all the small details I mentioned.

First off, I just wanna thank everyone at Brentwood Smiles! The whole team has always been nice over the last few years that Ive been coming. Kandis, Brisa, and Cassidy at the front are so kind. Brittany, and Nancy are the best assistants! Rebecca does amazing cleanings, and Dr. Patel is one of the most gentle dentists ive ever had! Thank you ladies for being so nice and helping with my train wreck you called "teeth." I refuse to go anywhere else to get work done. Everyone from Brentwood smiles has set the highest bar in my opinion!

Nobody likes having to go to the dentist but the crew at Brentwood Smiles made it comfortable and affordable for me to get everything done. Jenn & Cynthia worked well with me and my insurance to get me the lowest possible price and payment and Candice made it possible for me to figure out how to navigate my way to this site. The Dentists I have worked with and ALL the assistants and Hygienists have been a pleasue and I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're in need of a dentist.. Jenn & Cynthia will more than happy to make sure you're well taken care of..

I enjoy the dentist I have. She has 20 years experience and I feel comfortable with her. The insurance quote is always different than the office so I always need to Get a quote from my insurance prior to getting the work done. Not really sure why that quotes are different.

Brentwood Smiles Dentistry has the best front office. When you walk in Melissa makes you feel like her best friend just came. I found it fun to watch her with the different customers. She is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I hope they know what a gift she is to this office. Pastor Dave
