Dr. Gordillo is the most professional, genuine, sympathetic and caring dentist I have ever encountered. I presented to Dr. Gordillo concerned that a dentist working in a big corporate practice (not at Dr. Gordillo's office) claimed I needed extensive and expensive dental work I didn't believe I needed. I trusted my gut and transferred to Dr. Gordillo, and sure enough I did not need what was recommended by another practice. I have now been a patient of Dr. Gordillo's for 20+ years and love her conservative, honest approach to dentistry. It is apparent she loves dentistry and takes great pride in her patient interactions and care. Her receptionist is the sweetest lady and her staff is fantastic. I also like that Dental Laser Center has very modern technology. This dental practice is so impressive, it is well worth me driving 45 minutes to this office I whole heartedly trust and love. Thank you for taking such great care of my family and I.

If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place for you. Nancy was so sweet and talked me through every step of my exam and cleaning after I shared how nervous I was to be there. She was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment, offering to let me take breaks if needed and communicating what she was doing. I listened to music and got through the appointment easily. The entire office is very sweet, Dr. Gordillo was also super friendly and was happy to explain everything she saw on my x-rays, and even wrote me a recommendation for another specialist. I am happy to finally have a dentist I feel comfortable with and I will keep coming back regularly now that I know how great they are! 🙂

I don't have enough time, words or space to leave the kind of review I want, however, this dental office, Dr. Gordillo and her team deserve ALL the kudos. I am so glad I found them after many years of not going to the dentist because I was terrified. If you're looking for a fantastic office staff, for an amazing dentist and wonderful hygienists.. this is your place!!!! You won't be sorry you did.

Unbelievable just called to make an appointment and tracy, literally was the most disrespectful customer service rep ever. She states oh sorry our doctor isn't in today and as I was going to ask a question she places me on hold and leaves me there. Are you serious! That was so unprofessional I guess speaking to who ever she was on the other call was more important then attending a potential patient. This is when the doctors need to keep their eyes open when having a business and see who they hire as there representation. I am not interested in having this group what so ever as a dentist.I do not recomend this office. This unprofessionallism speaks for the staff I would imagine how bad the doctors are if that's how their front office acts. No thank you.

I really hate to leave a bad review for Dr. Gordillio as she is a fantastic dentist and my family and I have been loyal patients for over 15 years. However, today’s experience with the office put a bad taste in my mouth. Today, my daughter and I arrived 10 min late to our appointment due to traffic accidents. What typically takes 30 minutes travel time to drive took an hour. When GPS advised I would be late, I called the office 15-20 min prior to our appointment to inform them. Due to calling prior to office hours I had to leave a voicemail. We arrived 10 min late. By the time we answered the questions about any changes to insurance and medical history, we were 15 min past the appointment. My daughter and I sat in the lobby for a few min and we are then called up to the counter to be told we need to reschedule for being 15 min late. I explained I called and left a voicemail and was 10 min late not 15. The office clerk advised the computer says 15 and we need to be rescheduled. This is very frustrating as it is hard to take time off from work for appointments. If the office knew they needed to reschedule, a call should have been placed so we didn’t continue to drive in traffic rushing to get there as soon as possible. I understand the rule of 15min or more late needing to be rescheduled to ensure other patients are not impacted. But the lack of empathy and proactive ability to call back and advise we would need to reschedule by the office, if that was the case, and allowing us to continue to drive gave a very poor experience. I hate to say it but after this experience, we may be looking for a more local dentist. We make the 30 min (average) drive to Dr Gordillio because she is one of the best, in my opinion. But if no empathy or proactive action can be taken by the office in consideration of the patients, it may not be worth it anymore. I have some thinking to do 😢
