Florida Dental & Denture Center

After not going to a dentist for many years due to severe anxiety, the staff at Florida Dental and Denture Center put me at ease. I had to have an extraction for the first time in my life, and they gave me some time to process it before continuing, while being caring and compassionate. I will be getting a bridge and have zero anxiety about going back to this office. They helped my 85+ year old mom when her dentures broke and this office did the repairs so beautifully she couldn't tell they had been broken. My coworker also suggested going here for dental work and has been very happy as well. Nancy at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Jean is the hygienist and was very thorough. Dr. Aron was knowledgeable and actually made me laugh. I feel at ease knowing I'm in good hands.

What an AMAZING DENTIST Dr AARON IS.. Let me explain to you how I dont like the dentist because of the pain.. Well Dr Aaron is so Great I never felt the little Pinch that i was anticipating when he numbed my mouth.. . He was very polite. Patient and understanding there was NO PAIN IN THIS OFFICE.. I recommend EVERYONE who is afraid of a dentist to GO HERE. Because he will change your mind.. Remember NO PAIN is important.. and the PRICE IS RIGHT.. I had no insurance.. You can’t ask for a better deal and care.. 😍.. THANK YOU DR AARON glad a person like you is still around in this field .. VERY HAPPY

This DDS needs to be checked out by the Health Department 🏬 As Soon As Possible. Not a Secure 🔐 Place.!!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! My father has been waiting for 2 months to get started. They submitted the wrong pre authorization after being provide with the correct insurance information in April. Every time you call they give you the same old story that they are still waiting on the insurance company. However, when you call the insurance company we are informed there is nothing to wait on that everything is covered. I finally called today and Nancy the office manager was the most rude unprofessional individual I have ever spoken with. She over talked me, laughed in my face, and told me no one was over her. As a " professional" she could have simply said allow me to call and check versus tell me to call them back with a reference number. Absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself the frustration and time. DO NOT give this company your money.!.!.!

The front office staff needs more training on what is called customer service, they are doing an extremely poor job at that. The front office staff should be attracting customers to a business, not do the opposite by pushing them away, which can be really damaging to a business. Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews to see if it was just me, who by some odd chance had a bad encounter with someone else who was having a bad day. But all the reviews are consistent, RUDE, IGNORANT, and just negative experiences from frustrated customers. I don't write reviews often, and when I do it is usually positive feedbacks for a business. But, today I was motivated by the terrible experience I had to write this, I truly hope that this issue gets resolved.

Staff is rude. I was told that they would outsource my work because my insurance didn't pay them enough. I have been overcharged multiple times. Had an appointment, waited two hours for the Dentist to tell me he couldn't get to me that day. They constantly want to sell me crowns. I now have had multiple issues with crowns that have failed requiring additional root canals. I should have known by their antiquated office decor and equipment.

Dont use Florida Dental. They are disorganized, their record keeping is outdated and the condition of my teeth got worse and worse after going there faithflly for 10 years
