This clinic is a nest of scammers. When I arrived to make an estimate for my treatment, they told me a number verified against my dental insurance. 3 months later they appear with a new charge saying that my insurance had not covered the estimate that they had made for my treatment. How easy it is to blame third parties when you do your job very badly. I do not recommend them at all! Important fact: The treatment of the receptionists is the worst I have received in my life! Esta clinica es un nido de estafadores. Cuando llegue para hacer un estimado de mi tratatimiento me dijeron un numero contrastado contra mi seguro dental. 3 meses despues se aparecen con un nuevo cargo diciendo que mi seguro no habia cubierto el estimado que ellos mismos habian hecho para mi tratamiento. Que facil es culpar a terceros cuando haces muy mal tu trabajo. No los recomiendo para nada! Dato importante: El trato de las recepcionistas es el peor que he recibido en mi vida!

I used to live near this office, and even after moving an hour away, I continued coming back because I genuinely liked the care here. However, I’ve had an ongoing issue with my appointments being changed without my permission. After each cleaning, I’m given a card with my next appointment date. But as the appointment gets closer, I receive a text or email showing that it’s been rescheduled—without my consent. The first time it happened, I brushed it off as a one-time mistake and had to call to adjust it again, which was already inconvenient given the one-hour drive. Unfortunately, it’s happened again. It’s frustrating and inconvenient as a patient to have appointments changed without approval, especially when I’ve already planned my schedule around them and am traveling a significant distance.

I’m not someone who enjoys going to the dentist, but my visit here was a really positive experience for me. The cleaning was gentle, and the providers were very informative and relaxed. My favorite part, though, is the fact that they didn't scold me for not being a regular flosser (I know, I know) - they were very gentle emotionally, too. Which paradoxically has made me want to floss more. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez, Raya & team!
