As a returning patient, I can confirm that Rich Pond Dental is consistently the best dental office I have ever visited. The staff’s mission to serve goes beyond excellent dental work; they genuinely understand and account for patient anxieties. The staff and the environment are calming! This office truly feels like a judgment-free zone. Every single staff member is incredibly empathetic and accommodating, taking time to ensure I feel respected and comfortable, not rushed. I always leave feeling treated like a whole person, not just a procedure. Their combination of expert knowledge and profound compassion is unmatched. I will never go anywhere else for my dental care.

I had a filling done recently by Dr. Kevin. He explained everything he was doing before he did it, so I would know what to expect. He was calm which resulted in reducing my anxiety. He was thorough and fast so I could get on with my day. Highly recommend Richpond Dental. I’m very happy with my switch to their new office. The design is beautiful. Also, cannot recommend Chelsea enough. Best hygienist, hands down.

I've had great experiences with Rich Pond Dental Studio. They were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning and a follow-up filling before the end of the year. The dental hygienist is friendly and does a great job explaining everything. Dr. Kevin was efficient and did a wonderful job repairing the damaged filling. I was back at work within 40 minutes.

I’m so thankful I made the decision to switch to Richpond Dental. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The office is extremely clean, aestically pleasing, and the customer service is unmatched. Although I’m typically "dental phobic", I felt very relaxed with both the hygienist and Dr. Kevin. I feel confident that quality care is their top priority. After years of overpaying for unecessary services my only regret is waiting so long to make the change to RPD. As an added bonus, it’s conveniently located minutes from my kids school and our home. 5 stars!

Kevin and his staff are excellent! Two of my kiddos (5 & 8) had appointments and he and Chelsea had us in and out quickly and we get to sport their complimentary t-shirts! I might add that I had a third with me, our toddler, who was welcomed during the visit and they were so kind and understanding while we waited, paced and played. Even the front desk staff were very respectful and the space is so well kept. Great new addition to our community!
