Bluegrass Oral Health Center- Fairview

I absolutely LOVE bluegrass oral!! The staff is amazing and truly treat you like family! My doctor, Doctor Thomas LOVE her to pieces. They have done amazing work to get my smile back and confidence. They truly make you feel so comfortable and it’s no judgement. I love every visit and normally stay longer than the expected time because the conversations be just on point. I would honestly rate them more than a 5-star because they are just that great.

Bluegrass Oral Health is awesome! Quick to respond to calls, reasonable wait (if any) to schedule an appointment, kind and professional staff. Although Dr Shoemaker is my primary dentist - highly recommend, I’ve seen other dentists in the group for urgent needs and they were great too. I’m a dental-phobe. Anxious and ready to get out of the chair ASAP, so trust me, saying nice things about a dental practice is not my norm! BGOH has earned my trust.

The staff and Dr Thomas Birkenhauer are top notch! I have received the best care in getting dentures. From the temporary dentures process and the realignments to my permanent dentures, the entire process has been seamless. Dr Birkenhauer has provided his expertise and experience the entire journey. I am happy to be one of the hardest patient tooth extractions he's ever had as he worked gently and diligently in the extraction.

As soon as I showed up, they were so caring and attentive. I did have to come back later in the day for my extraction, but the dentist was very kind hearted and was able to work me in at 3 PM.. The dental assistant that assisted him with my extraction was top-tier amazing very caring and so was the dentist. My procedure was pain-free, but they took the time to make sure I was OK. I would recommend Bluegrass oral health off Park Street to anyone that is in need of a dentist because this office actually cares.

All staff were kind and welcoming. The sweet dental hygienist I had explained everything she was doing step by step. She kept a positive attitude and made sure I stayed comfortable and pain free. Very nice place they have off Fairview too! Thats the first time Id ever been. Highly recommend Dr. Andrew Burt:)

I always have fantastic service at Bluegrass Oral Health Center. Dr. Birkenhauer is the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had a several over the years. His team is top notch and fresh in the technology of dentistry. Crowns done in house in a few hours for example! Can't say enough great things about them. I drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to their office in BG because they're this good.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Dr. Thomas is AMAZING, her bedside manner is top-notch, and she's thorough with her exams. Both my dental hygienists - Meggie and Tori – are super nice and do a really great job during my 6-month cleanings. Overall, I’m very happy with my dental team!
