Not sure about the negative reviews… I’ve been working with Dr. Italia and have nothing but nice things to say about him or the staff. Standard cleaning and fillings… 10/10 would recommend… I’ve been to a lot of dentists. Nothing un-needed is recommended. Not pushy at all and more then fair prices I would say.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, respectful and professional. They really listen to your needs and concerns regarding your dental care. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. A particular shout out to staff member Kat for truly going above and beyond. I will definitely be a return client and refer all my friends.

The staff at Comfort Dental has totally relieved my anxiety. I had a bad experience with a dentist that left me traumatized and with panic attacks. Since I have been with Dr. Philpot, him and his staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, explain every procedure and have enormous amounts of patience. The front desk is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I am thankful that I finally found a dentist that is caring and professional.

Dr. G is an amazing doctor! He took his time on my teeth, I had the worst tooth ache. It took two hour to fix and I didn’t feel a thing. They took my appointment right away and didn’t let me wait even a second when I told them I was in a lot of pain. Even the dental assistants were very officiant and helped me feel at ease. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. Very good experience!

This was easily the best dentist's experience I've ever had. Kat the receptionist was so kind and they were able to see me the same day for a very painful toothache. Dr. Dominic Philpott was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions extensively which I very much appreciated. If you're scared about dental work like I am, I would absolutely recommend this office. $20 for an exam is by far the lowest cost I've ever seen anywhere. 10/10 experience and people. Please, if you need to be seen, call this office. Don't wait. Putting it off as long as I did, didn't do me any favors. Getting help is so important.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the treatment and service I received at your clinic during my appointments for cleaning and fillings in 2021. Not to mention I was pregnant. During my visit, the tip of my left canine cuspid was chipped while work was being performed. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was informed that my X-rays would be reviewed to determine if the damage was pre-existing. However, it was later discovered that the X-rays taken did not even capture the top of the teeth in question. Despite this, the clinic failed to take responsibility for the damage or offer a formal apology. Furthermore, a commitment to file down the chipped tooth was never fulfilled. Additionally, I would like to note that the attending dentist apologized at the time for the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist regarding my insurance paperwork. The combination of dental damage and the lack of professional accountability is unacceptable. I am sharing this feedback to ensure these issues are documented and addressed. Please beware.
