Tend Dental South Boston

From the front desk Nicole, to the office manager Rana, to the assistant Katrina, and to Dr. Shane, I have never had such a smooth and easy dental appointment. All of my dental anxiety went out the window the moment I came to Tend South Boston. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain every detail of my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m already recommending Tend to everyone I know, and I haven’t even left the clinic yet. This is definitely my new dental home. Highly recommend.

The most comfortable dentist appointment experience I’ve had! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, and made sure to have me in and out in a timely manner. Rana at the front desk is such a warm personality to walk in to, and sets the tone for an overall enjoyable visit.

Such friendly staff, they walk you through all steps of your treatment and answer any concern! Rana the office manager was so helpful in explaining every step of my treatment. I’ve found my new dental home!

Liked being able to use the app to schedule and upload my insurance info. Cleaning and X-rays were good. Need follow up appointment and I left with a preview of what my insurance will cover and what I will be paying when I go back. Knowing that is a huge plus.

I came in coincidently on Tend Southie’s grand opening and it was the best experience I have received in a very long time. Rana the manager was so helpful in explaining my treatment and both the hygienist and doctor were extremely thorough and kind. And they give out goodies!!! I recommended this studio to my friends before I even left the clinic and I was still in the chair. Would recommend 1000000/10

I love it here for both myself and my 3 year old. Everyone is so kind and caring 😄 My 3 year old is asking when he can come back!
