While the office is clean, I had a very poor financial experience. I was hit with a surprise ~$349 bill after being encouraged into additional appointments in December without a clear disclosure of remaining insurance limits. Despite being in-network and paying my copay at the time of service, the office later stated it wasn't their responsibility to track benefits. Under the Massachusetts Patients First Act, healthcare providers are expected to provide transparency regarding costs. This experience felt more driven by billing than by patient care. For anyone facing similar transparency issues, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry (BORID) is the state resource for addressing professional conduct and billing disclosure concerns.

I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Ginsburg. He is a talented conservative dentist who is very honest. His recommendations are very thoughtful, based on a thorough, meticulous review of your symptoms, your teeth and your X-rays. He is kind and will make you feel welcome. He is very easy to talk to and easy to get along with. He also has a good sense of humor! He will even make sure that your insurance company reimburses you fairly, without you having to ask. In short, Dr. Ginsburg truly has the best interests of his patients at heart. He has been my dentist now for almost a year, and he has earned my trust. I have recommended him to people I care about - I recommend him to you too.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ginsburg for well over 7+ years and although I’ve relocated to another state a few years back, he is still my regular dentist of choice due to his honesty, trustworthiness, and work with his patients. His entire office is warm and welcoming, and I always enjoy visiting for my routine cleanings and maintenance. His hygienists are always the best (Liza) and takes her time to ensure that I’m getting the best cleaning while also utilizing care and gentleness as well. I have seen Dr. Ginsburg and his incredible team for over 5 years. I transferred to this practice after two very bad experiences with two different dentists. I needed a lot of work done (several root canals, crowns, Invisalign), which Dr. Ginsburg completed on a reasonable timetable so that my out of pocket costs would be minimal. We created and agreed on a treatment plan over several years at a reasonable pace and cost. He then performed a true miracle and perfectly gave me a front tooth crown that matches my other front tooth perfectly. People who see me have no idea that one of my front teeth is actually a crown. Beyond the excellent technical skill, Dr. Ginsburg is very kind, straightforward and cares about his clients and their families. I can't believe it has taken me so long to write a review, but after my dental cleaning today I was reminded of the EXCEPTIONAL care I have received at this practice.
