BENE Dental Copley

After going to this dental practice for more than 30 years, I'm going to need to find a new dentist. The current practice owners do not stand behind their work. I had a newly inserted crown pop off after less than five months. First, the dentist (I think she was a contractor) who worked on the crown was clearly struggling to insert it. After it broke off, I went to another dentist for an emergency assessment and he said there had never been sufficient tooth on which to mount the crown in the first place. Copley View offered a partial credit for a full implant. Because I need to have the damaged tooth removed by a capable dentist I want a full refund. I was told they'd "get back to me" after they attempt to get money back from the other dentist. Still no response. This posting will remain until I receive a satisfactory settlement (full refund). My advice: Stay away.

They were very accommodating. My lyft dropped me off at the wrong location and I ended up in back of CVDA in the Public Alley way. I called them and I forget the receptionist name but she is very sweet and understanding I was in total maybe 23 minutes late for my appointment and I was still seen. And Dr. Jeong and his assistant are phenomenal

I recently visited Copley View Dental Associates and had an excellent experience. The entire staff was very welcoming. They offered me a flexible rescheduling option. Moreover, the treatment was outstanding, and I felt well-cared for and at ease throughout my visit.

The practice is under new owners, and I have been truly pleased with the new team. Very professional, polite, and only suggest additional work if there is a health- or cosmetic-focused issue.

This dental office is fantastic. The staff are very professional and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Highly recommend.
