Todo excelente. Me dieron cita el día de antes y me atendieron para una urgencia en el mismo primer día que fui (siendo cliente nuevo). Llegué mucho antes y aun así espere poquísimo. Se adecuaron totalmente a mis necesidades, me resultaron muy profesionales. Everything was excellent. They gave me an appointment the day before and they saw me for an emergency on the same day I went (being a new client). I arrived much earlier and still waited very little. They totally adapted to my needs, they are very professional.

I have an irrational fear of the dentist and I had put off my cleaning for a while. The folks at Arch Street Dental where so kind and made me feel very comfortable, I wish I had gone in sooner. The dental Hygienist who did my cleaning, Vania, was so knowledgable I thought she was a dentist. Dr. Ekaterina was fantastic and had every opportunity to charge me for unnecessary work but was very transparent and saved me as much money as possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone in the greater Boston area.

Every experience at Arch Street Dental is top notch. Dr Eke is a true professional with a personal touch and the front desk staff are in tune with your needs and are nimble and accommodating. A truly great experience all around. Love this place. They have it all. Hard to find a dentist office to speak highly of but they earn it.

This is the best Dentist office I’ve ever been to in my life. The hospitality was amazing, The service even better. Such nice people, and most of all The hygienist and the Dentist had a very gentle touch. That means most of me, because I don’t particularly like going to the Dentist at all.

Awful experience at Arch Street Dental. The cost of their services is absolutely insane! I was shocked by how much I was charged and it felt like I was taken advantage of. I highly recommend that future patients ask for an itemized bill beforehand because the surprise at checkout was not a pleasant one. I won’t be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Eka! I am very sad to have to leave the practice due to a change in insurance. I received comprehensive care, including two dental implants, and it all went smoothly. The office was wonderful at handling insurance and making sure my care was well covered. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
