Our experiences have always been great till yesterday. We drove 1 hour to the visit all but to be told because I did not respond to the text message to confirm (as I was working at the time and failed to go back to the message) Upon arrival, we were greeted with an apology of "Well because you did not confirm your appointment you were moved up in the day and that because we were late we would not be able to be seen today"... My immediate response "WhatsApp do you mean. Were right on time, actually 5 minutes early!".... When I reported concerns to a manager, she immediately began to interrupt me and cut me off; super unprofessional and will not drive 1 hour one direction to be treated this way. Dr. Stewart is awesome but that doesnt matter when they take your appointment right out from under you. Will not return to this dental company!!! I worked in dental for years and never have I heard of such. So what if I dont use my cell phone to respond to your automated messages, people work and your only attempt at contact was during working hours plus I pay my phone bill not you. Still had no right to move up my sons appointments without us knowing!!! Horrible customer service, front office desk lady just smirked and laughed, manager was obviously no better!!!!

My daughter loves the dentist now thanks to this place!! I use them as well and we did have an issue a while back and they were very quick to resolve it and make it right. I love these people!!

It was our first visit here for our 5 and 8 year old. It was quick and so kid friendly! They even had TVs in the ceiling. Our 5 year old loved watching Disney Jr to help with his nervousness. From the waiting room, to the dental assistants, to the prize at the end, I would definitely recommend!

They do a decent job with cleaning and the like. However, they are very pushy with procedures and referrals to specialists. Every time we've taken our boys to see them they are always pushing for procedures or for us to take them to specialists of some kind. Then when they mention getting a procedure set up they only mention 1 procedure and then tack on more when you go to schedule for it blind siding you with not only more procedures you did not discuss with them but an even larger estimate for everything because of it. Don't try compromising with them and asking to spread the procedures out because they'll flat out refuse. To top this off this is all on baby teeth that are due to fall out eventually anyway.

I was amazed at this place. It’s set up perfectly for kids. We had a great experience and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Hake and Amber were great with my grandbaby. Just had our 6 month check up! Another great experience!
