I had such a great experience at this pediatric dental office! The entire office was incredibly clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. You can tell they really care about maintaining a comfortable environment for both kids and parents. What stood out the most, though, was the front desk and checkout staff. They were so friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and were just genuinely kind. The checkout process was just as easy, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, such a positive experience.I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring and professional dental team for their child!

Pediatric Dental Partners did an amazing job reconstructing my son’s two front teeth after a previous repair from another dentist quickly broke off. They even scheduled his cleaning and repair to be completed on the same day, which was extremely convenient and greatly appreciated. The entire staff was so friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and the results were incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality pediatric dental care!

Dr. Shannon did an excellent job today taking care of my sons difficult tooth problem. She took her time and worked hard to help us with patience and kindness. I am thankful for the wonderful people at PDP and will continue to use them in the future.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt welcomed. They were great with both of my children (ages 5 & 2) made them feel safe and not anxious at all. Everyone was kind, sweet, and very helpful. Also very clear and understanding of any issues my children may have or will be having. Honestly highly recommend if you are looking for your child’s first Denist and for ever Denist.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with. I wish there was more privacy in the area where work is done. Also, I wish they were in network with Delta Dental.(If PDP is reading this… I’ve confirmed you can get registered as an in network provider). X-rays were re-done on my son that had already been done at our primary dental office that I unexpectedly had to pay upfront. Maybe I missed it on my end in the paperwork given. It’d be great if they could have used the X-rays already done by my primary dentist, so that I didn’t have to pay full price for that. I may have to cancel my sons apt since they are not in network and the upfront costs will be over $1000. Dr.Backofen has great bedside manner. She spotted an issue with my son’s teeth and addressed it. She was very thorough. For those who happen to have insurance where she is in network you may enjoy her as a dentist. She has not performed the fillings yet.. So I cannot speak to her performance entirely. Hope this helps. Maybe someone at the office should reach out to patients ahead of the apt to discuss up front costs.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My son actually loves going to the dentist because of the way they treat him and go the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience. So thankful for them!

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was very caring and compassionate with our son. They truly cared and kept him calm throughout the visit. Their professionalism and willingness to break it down to the patients level was spectacular! Our son became nauseous and their reaction was superb. We highly recommend them for your children!
