My daughter and I had our 1st appt with Dr Sheppelman today. Our experience was absolutely superb. If you want a dentist that is conservative in treatment, knowledgeable, helpful and caring, this dentist is worth it. If you deal with anxiety this is the place for you. I found out that she is not a provider with my insurance and to me, it will be worth every penny out of pocket that I have to pay. I have found my new dentist. Thank you and God bless.

Her mother changed my appointment Friday to Monday . I was trying to be agreeable as she is very hard to understand. I got to my office Monday morning and it turns out I had something on my calendar so I called Dr. Shepplemans office of course her mother answered and when I told her I couldn't make it at 4pm she became very confrontational and told me she would send me a bill for $35. She just lost me as a patient and the rest of my family !!!
