Great staff, can't say the same for doc. Very rude and was not honest about costs until everything was said and done. Even pulled a staff member to the back to discuss charging me more than what was discussed for a 120 second procedure. Seems they are just used to ripping off insurance providers at the expense of the client. Will not be back.

Recently moved to the area. This practice was in-network and close proximity to where I live & work. I submitted two messages through the website over the past month inquiring if new patients were being accepted. I didn’t receive a call or email response.

Jennifer is the best! I’m very afraid of Dentistry and she speaks very highly about Dr Branton! Even picked up my meds for me 😃

Branton Family Dentistry has the most welcoming environment then any Dentist office I’ve ever been to. They make your fear of going to the dentist go away. They are so polite and always in a great mood. Highly recommended for any age group, they are just so wonderful!

I do not recommend Branton Family Dentistry for anything. I went to an appointment today to get a cavity in the front filled and also one in the back filled. She filled the one in the back but would not fill the one in the front until I come back for a cleaning and full mouth exam. She is more worried about getting me back so she can make more money than fixing was was bothering me. I had to pay upfront for two fillings, one of which I did not get. The lady upfront tried to charge me $260 for two fillings. When I questioned her about this, she realized she enter the wrong insurance. Very unprofessional office and untrained workers. Good thing I know how my insurance pays.

Been looking for a new dentist and I have found them! I had an abscess tooth that needed to come out. They saw me and took me to the back quickly. The procedure was smooth, the staff are very friendly and attentive. I felt virtually no pain and if I did the dentist would stop and numb me again. She was very gentle during the extraction. They were very clear on what to do and not do to. Upon walking in you are immediately greeted with warm welcome. The waiting area is clean and inviting. The rooms you are taken to are comfortable and you can look out the window. They check on you constantly to make sure you are doing okay. The dentist has a very calming voice and it helps you to relax. I've found my dentist and encourage you to come here for your dental needs.

Dr. Branton and her staff are the absolute best! I have been to other dentist before and by far she is the best! Very professional and courteous! Her office building makes you feel like your at home, not to mention the wonderful massaging chairs she has in the patient rooms! Get your teeth cleaned or worked on while getting a massage at the same time! Can’t say enough good about this dentist and her staff!
