Mi experiencia no fue buena... al principio me sentí muy bien porque fueron muy amables y respetuosos, pero no debí haber pagado todo el dinero antes de empezar, porque después de usar todos los alineadores transparentes siguiendo las instrucciones, los resultados no fueron los que me prometieron. Recuerdo que sin preguntarme me dijeron que firmara un papel de satisfacción por su trabajo ( no lo firme) "Es un claro ejemplo de trabajar únicamente por 💰 " (💘 💰 ) My experience was not good... at first I felt very good because they were very kind and respectful, but I should not have paid all the money before starting, because after using all the clear aligners according to the instructions, the results were not the same. that they promised me. I remember that without asking me they told me to sign a paper of satisfaction for their work (I did not sign it) "It is a clear example of working solely for 💰" (💘 💰)

Came in with extreme tooth pain, the staff was so helpful and attentive. They were very comforting and were very sweet. Such amazing bedside manner. Shout out to Neek and Amberly for taking such great care of me. Thank you ladies!

The nurse and doc was great absolutely amazing. Front desk girl with brown hair blond highlights has attitude and kinda condescending, the money management woman with glasses is completely horrible she made me have a full on crying attack she’s not clear with communication makes what she saying very confusing and for someone who is pregnant and has severe anxiety and depression mixed with cptsd that’s not okay at all especially for her to tell me I need to get it together not knowing I already have a 7 year old not the life I had went through and the after knowing i already have a child continued to respond with a remark of you definitely need to figure it out who are you to tell me how to be your job is money management not life coach not a therapist not a doctor I’m completely dissatisfied with her behavior and she shouldn’t get away with how she was also acting like she was annoyed bc I was upset and crying asking lots of questions bc I have teeth that need to be fixed and I’m very embarrassed and not happy with the way they are and she immediately started the conversation with how much I owe with a huge amount and it was confusing because she didn’t start off with you could do this or you could do that she just immediately said what do you wanna do And someone who has anxiety and has already upset because that was a large amount doesn’t understand you randomly saying what do you wanna do you need to have more communication skills and be more easy-going, especially with a pregnant woman who has hormones and maybe understanding that people have a life that they’ve went through and maybe they’re not OK and your input/opinion isn’t required nor is it your job to do so.
