Dental Care of Bonaire

My last two experiences were amazing. A sweet woman by the name of Alex seen me both times. She was so so polite, ask me questions as if she was really concerned. She was very professional, but at the same time made me feel like I was home (No exaggerating ). She took care of me. Not asking me questions like she’s reading from a brochure. She cleaned my teeth and added buttons to for my Invisalign. She did everything efficiently and in good timing. While she was adding my button, she also asked me were there any other teeth that had residue glue that she could clean up for me. She gladly done so. Thank you again Alex.

Horrible experience. Recently moved to the area and called in October 2025 to schedule an initial appointment. I was told the earliest they had was May 28 2026 at 2pm. I scheduled and received an email confirmation of the date. Earlier this week, I received a text asking to confirm my appointment, which I did. I drove just over 40 minutes and arrived at 1:45. I walked in and was told that I called and cancelled my appointment this morning, and now they were booked up and I couldn't be seen. After waiting months, and taking off of work to go, this is ridiculous. The lady at the front desk said it was cancelled by their call service. I tried to call and get some information the lady that answered was completely unprofessional and rude. Terrible first impression and after reading through some of the reviews, this happens a lot.

Every time we come here the experience has been amazing. Top to bottom to include all staff. You guys are awesome. We were in and out in no time and everyone is so cheerful and positive not to mention the service is great!!

I had a good experience with the dentist. She was very professional and kind. The staff had problems with not being up on my dental insurance. I kept not understanding what was the problem. My dental insurance referred me to their office. I feel that my insurance should have been pre-approved instead of going through all the changes I had to go through while I was there.

LOVE Dental Care of Bonaire! I would recommend to everyone. Hands down my favorite dentist in Middle Ga! Thank you to the hygienist Amanda and to Dr. Lewis for making our 8 y/o feel comfortable through all the procedures. I can't wait to get our entire family's dental care at Dental Care of Bonaire.

This office is not accommodating in rescheduling appointments that THEY canceled at the last minute. On several occasions we would be notified the day prior or the day of the appointment that they needed to cancel. The frustrating part was that EVERY time, the earliest they would fit us in for another appointment would be roughly 7 months down the road. This happened to my family multiple times going back 4 years so we’re done with this dental clinic for good. My patience has run out with how they operate. I don’t need to get into the random invoices they like to send a week some appointments, especially after being told at checkout everything was good to go.

I had an appointment today 3/31/2026 that I scheduled back in October. I tried to call the office the day before to confirm. The phone call kept going to a call center and the person said I have no appointment scheduled. Nobody ever reached out to me to reschedule or let me know my appointment has been cancelled. Kept trying to call even the day of the appointment and the call center people said they would let them know I have a message-never did I ever receive a call back. Probably called about 10 times altogether. The lady "Rita" at the call center says that she cannot transfer me to a worker at the front desk. So I show up today after taking 3 hours off work early and I am told by the "manager" named Beth and another worker that I have no appointment scheduled and that they cannot see me today. I show them all the proof I have of trying to call and they do not care. They claim that they try to call me but I show them my phone records that shows that I have no received calls from them. No efforts to rectify the wrongdoings on their part. Please save your money and time to go elsewhere.
